I bought a Mac mini in October of 2021, I had issues from the very beginning with it working with my apple monitor(s)… it would work in one of the thunderbolt monitors for a few hours then would suddenly stop working so I would have to either reboot my computer or switch ports. I brought this to the attention of apple and when I brought it to a store they could never get it to replicate the issue.
After 6 months of this none of my monitors would work with the computer and once again apple store couldn't replicate the issue. I was told by the employee that apple knows there are issues with monitors and the m1 chip, but if I upgrade to the new apple monitor all issues would be resolved.
Well $1700 later my monitor worked for a week and encountered the same issues of no sound and eventually screen going black no matter what port I plug it in.
So apple knows their chips don't support the hardware of non-apple and apple products so until they figure the issue out I wouldn't recommend purchasing an M chips series Mac.
I am writing this from an apple store once again. So buyer beware.
I love their products specially iPod is an important part of my life, It helps to make my workout easier and I would say best of the rest music player
So apple is demanding I pay for purchases I already paid for and after finding those same purchases in my online banking this is the response I get. Maybe I will get a Samsung.
I really do not get the constant growth of this brands price tags and the logic behind it. I think that the products are totally not this unique and that soon another company with overcome them.
It recently came to my attention that for 55 months I have been double charged for my Spotify account. Back in 2015 when Spotify and Apple split, I transitioned my Spotify Prime billing over to Spotify because it cost me $10.91 whereas Apple charges $14.19. At this point in time, my Apple Spotify account was downgraded to a free "trial" account and I was no longer being charged the inflated premium. I'm only now realizing, 55 months down the road, that once that trial period ended, Apple began charging me for my account that had previously been canceled with them. They chalk this up to a "user agreement that states that once a trial subscription has ended, you will automatically be charged for the premium account". I have never once received an email regarding these charges. The total charges for these 55 months amounts to $780.45. After 4 hours on chats and on the phone with Apple employees and supervisors, I was told I would be credited $28.38. This is pure fraud and theft. I was never notified of these charges. After reading multiple forums and threads from others experiencing this same issue, I have reached out to a class action lawyer. He will be investigating this issue further. I plan to update this thread as we look into suing Apple. Stay tuned and share this thread if you know of others who have been taken advantage of in a similar way
Bought an Apple Watch and it developed a fault after a few months. Took it back and received a replacement within a week. Has been working perfectly now for just under a year.
I used the Apple iPhone for the first time, I was just surprised by the features. Their quality, performance, is super. It looks nice and easy to operate with it. I liked it.
Be aware that if you purchase an Apple Care Plus plan for your I Phone and somehow, unbeknownst to you, it does not link to your Apple ID you will be billed but not notified if there is a problem with the account. Say for example your debit card is lost and you have to change the auto pay to the card. When you change the billing to all the other devices the one that isn't linked will not receive the updated billing. Then Apple will cancel your Apple Care Plus and there is no way to reinstate it. Customer Support "calls it a learning experience". So in other words if you make an error on establishing the link from Apple Care to your Apple ID, or your carrier does, you have a phone with nothing but the limited warranty it came with. Advice, do not buy Apple products anywhere but at an Apple Store. Or better yet don't buy them at all. It took Verizon hours and multiple visits to their stores to accurately connect the Apple Watch so it could make phone calls independently from the phone. I am disgusted with the service I received from Apples customer service over an honest error in the ID linking process.
II've got Apple's new Mac Mini which includes an elegant new design and features including HDMI output and user-accessible memory. Apple has done enough to improve the Mac Mini's appeal for Apple loyalists and design fans looking for a living room computer.
Apple has the worst customer service ever, I ordered my iPhone 13 pro Max and your rep told me that the phone should be delivered to my house the next day 100%, i checked the next day and the ETA was after 4 days, I called and spoke to a supervisor and no one wants to admit that they lied to me, I requested to cancel my order and they said I can't cancel my order, this is my worst phone purchase experience by far.
Not a bad phone the 6 model is. But it is prone to big accidents if you ever drop it. I think they make then to not last so you spend just as much as you paid to repair it.
I am very disappointed in my apple product as well as the customer service Apple has provided. I bought a brand new macbook last year. Apple products come with a 1 year warranty. After using my laptop for about 6 months my screen started flickering. I have sent in my macbook 5 times for repair. The only time that the repair slip said there was a repair made was the last time i sent it in. I am not sure exactly what they did with my macbook the other 4 times i sent it in but i kept getting it back with the same issue. I thought finally it says what the problem was and how they fixed it that it would be repaired but unfortunately my screen is still flickering. I contacted them once again today and they advised me i would have to send it in again. I told them that i cannot be without a laptop because I am a student who unfortunately has to do school virtually everyday. They then proceeded to ask me "well the i'm not sure what you're trying to get out of this conversation". I spent almost 2000$ on a macbook because i thought i was paying for the quality. I did not want to have any issues with it that's why i went with apple products. But it didn't even last me a year before starting to give me problems. I am very stumped on what to do next. Everything I own is an apple product but unfortunately I will be having to find some place else to purchase my products. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I am an apple fanboy. The macbook range is so awesome. Stability is guaranteed. The os is pretty cool, even cooler for developers and Writers. Get it going with this thing.

I have used it for at least 7 years, changing one phone to another, because the newest things are quite good, I really love your production, the zoom on IPhone XS max camera is soo cool, I forget about my photocamera, because I have a good phone
Apple is my favorite. I love the way the product looks and the features, but they are quite pricey at the apple store. The apple website can be helpful though. I enjoy browsing through it.
I expected more from iphone 5. I waited for it so long. And I finally got it. There's not much new stuff but I like it. Very smooth phone and nice accessories
The only reason of 2 stars is that Android is now more comfortable than Apple.
1- Most of the apps are only launched for Android.
2- User friendly, which Apple have only one key to move back.
I've been using Apple products for the last 3 years and have enjoyed them greatly. They are best at refining products and have high standards for each and every product they create.
I have used apple items for years and have very little problem with them and when i did they were very help in talking care of the problem and the price has been good on there items
