A scam of a company

Where do I even start? I recently switched to Samsung and I was in heaven when I opened the s10. I don't know how people can defend Apple when their products are literally the same but Apple lies to customers saying it's the best iphone have better than android. I can say first hand that iphone is so overrated and Samsung is underrated. There's so much more that you get with Samsung that you'd never get with Apple. Apple as a company treats you like crap and refuses to help you even if it's under warranty. I've had horrible experiences with apple and amazing experiences with Samsung. I'm never going back to Apple. Apple saying they are better and innovative is a lie but people buy their garbage. Apple is basically that ex of yours that doesn't tell you that they are cheating on you but instead tells you lies to make you think you're in a great situation. Apple products are made like garbage and have horrible batteries. My s10 lasts me a day and a half on one charge but the iPhone I had lasted me a half a day. Screw Apple. I hope people will realize that Apple is screwing you

I had iPad mini 5 years old, can not have any update, get my emails, download any app from iPhone or Mac so I called apple and said sorry we do not support devices are 5 years old but I have android device a lot older and still work perfect, Apple is a scam and should have a law suit

Apple Care Review
June 9, 2022

This review will focus on the quality of Apple Care. Recently broke my phone, had to send it back and a hefty (over $500) charge was placed to my credit card until my old phone was shipped back. Immediate hiccup, new phone arrived without a return label for the old one. Took me about an hour on the phone to obtain a new FedEx label from them... they love to transfer you from one person to another. I did everything as asked, with a return label the old phone got to them in a few days. Ten days later, the charge is still standing. BEWARE! Called multiple times to resolve the issue, no one is saying what is going on, or who's at fault. They keep on transferring me from one "senior person" to another, in hopes that I will hang up or give up on this. Finally, I got a response that "refund team" has to review this matter and will get back to me in 3-5 working days. I am disputing the charge on my card, and they can deal with my credit card at this point.
Apple is a sad example of what happens to most companies that start putting profit before service, hire unexperienced and often unfit people for jobs that have far reaching consequences... would not recommend their service to anyone, and plan to go with Android with my next phone purchase.

Never had a bad moment with employees at Apple... the kids that do the tech work know their stuff. Have had wonderful results also with telephone help from Apple techs. Great service.

Im very frustrated because I can NOT download crossy road on my Mac book pro, I can download it on my iPhone but not my Mac book pro.
Im very annoyed as I dont have games to play in class. Please fix this ASAP before I crack it...

A+ is for Apple
November 23, 2015

Many people are jealous of Apple's success, but my husband has been at the forefront of everything Apple from their beginning, and has owned every Apple device from their humble beginnings. He has worked for Microsoft, X-box, Playstation, and other Companies, but Apple has done better financially in spite of set-backs and challenges, than many countries!
Me? I used PC's most my life, because I didn't know better. But, since my "conversion" I don't want anything else. It is worth paying for top technology, top graphics, top security and more. No matter what people say about Steve Jobs (he had a lot to improve in his personal life maybe? Like all of us in this Family of Humanity), but for sure, he was a visionary, and VERY good at it.
I'm grateful for the technology that keeps my life safer, organized, and moving forward at the fastest speed possible (AND, we all get to find balance and wisdom in that). Thank you APPLE for inspiring, and blazing the trail toward excellence for the rest of the technological world.

Apple is horrible

I have always been an apple user. I own numerous apple products and run my business with all apple products. However, my credit card company alerted me about numerous suspicious charges to my credit card account. When I called apple they verified it was not me making the charges, but would not tell me what the merchandise was that was charged because they said they have to protect the person who was charging my credit card without my permission. Mind you I never asked for the thief's information only what my credit card purchased. There reasoning was due to the fact they do all possible to protect their users! Are you kidding me? How about protect the one who did not steal, but again how does it interfere with even the thief's privacy by wanting to know what merchandise was purchased with my credit card? So apple only sells one product to one person in the world? It makes no sense what so ever. My credit card company was even stunned by the lack of service from apple in this matter. Oh and did I mention I spoke with a manager and he was the one giving me this information! Unreal I will never buy another apple product ever again!

Apple company blocked my iTunes and AppStore account with $150 on it. Apple support including senior adviser said that account was disabled for violating some rules but do not tell exactly what rules and say they cannot return my money they stole from my account

The sales page states shipping within 1-3 days however the fact is, i ordered the product on the 13th, paid for it on the 15th and it finally confirmed shipping for the 22nd which works out to be 9 days after the order was placed and 7 days after payment was made.

This is very misleading.

Also, when i tested a new order on Saturday 18th, before the delivery date, it stated i could receive the delivery on the 22nd which is the same day it confirmed delivery for my original order placed on the 13th.

I have iPhone 14 Pro Max and when I activate the phone for using and buying Apple Care, I checked the system and it shows my phone got activated on Jan 1985 (CAN YOU IMAGINE). I called customer support, they transferred me to the 4th person and finally they told me that the phone got report Lost in Transit (so funny that I am the one who bought it from Apple Store and haven't reported anything). I asked them do you kidding me because the phone can use at that time and they told me that the phone got lost can use as normal, just only void warranty. Can anyone tell me the LOST APPLE IPHONE CAN USE NORMAL IN LOST MODE OR WHAT? They just want to play around with customer to refuse all of the warranty for IPHONE 14 PRO MAX series because they are the one who know exactly their products got so much problem. Apple those days didn't respect their customers as before and all they want is just making money. Kind of sucks business and feel shames for how they run the business

Apple, the most popular cellphone brand has let me down. You pay $700+ for a phone that won't let you turn down the volume before watching a video when you could get a phone with the same amount of memory and ram for like $350, with the same camera quality. The price for the new Mac Pro is absurd, just get a thread ripper, thread ripper compatible motherboard, and a 2080ti, it'll be cheaper and better.

Here's what I think the iPhones get.
Camera quality: 9 out of 10 (Great)
Usability: 4 out of 10 (Okay.)
Durability: 5 out of 10 (Decent.)
Battery life: 2 out of 10 (Not good.)
Price: 1 out of 10 (...)

Here's what I think the MacBooks get.
Gaming capability: 3 out of 10 (Not very good.)
Virus protection: 10 out of 10 (Brilliant!)
Battery life: 5 out of 10 (Decent.)
Price: 6 out of 10 (Nice.)

I will not leave anything for the iMacs or Mac Pro, since I have only barely touched the iMac, and haven't seen the Mac Pro.

Disgusting thieves

Disgusting service. Need to security check their staff better! If there was an option for no stars that would be my choice! Had my I phone 11 for just about 6 weeks and it kept switching off and back on my network could not help and I spoke to Apple who asked me to return the phone for repair. They sent me the "tamper proof" packaging to return the phone in. I followed the instructions and sealed the bag, it was then checked at the post office before posting and I watched it go in the post bag. I had heard nothing for a couple of weeks so got in touch with Apple and they informed me that the package had reached them empty and had not been tampered with upon receipt. I explained I had proof of posting, I had the weight of the parcel on the receipt showing it was not empty but they refused to accept it as proof I sent the phone back to them. I on the other hand am expected to take the word of an advisor that the person who opened the package was telling the truth and the package was empty despite my watching it go with my own eyes into the post bag with the phone inside! They cannot check any security footage to provide me with proof it was empty on receipt nor can they replace my phone as their staff recorded it on their system as empty! Absolutely shocking customer service from a global company who have thousands of pounds of goods going through the depot but no means of checking security of customers goods is paramount

Very disappointed with a new MacBook Air I bought in 2021. I have had a MacBook Pro since 2009, installed Parallel and Windows it ran beautifully until the screen yellowed in 2021 so bought a new computer with the intention of running windows on it. Well the bad news is that you cannot run any ordinary Windows the only one that can be installed is a Windows insider preview Arm 64 from Microsoft. Although they say that it would work on the M1 & M2 Macs don't BUY it if you intend to use windows. It is not available as yet. DO NOT BUY ANY M1 OR M2 MAC IF YOU WANT TO RUN WINDOWS BUY AN INTEL MAC. I WILL GIVE IT A 1 RATING FOR THAT.

Authentication stone-age

I had dual authentication on my iphone and during covid moved to a new country. It was a stressed fast move. I received a new phone number and was unable to update to my new number except after waiting 7 days. During those 7 days Apple locked me out of all Apps and Apple ID settings. No access. Many Apps were work critical. I verified all my information with Apple, yet they still took 7 days before I could access Apps and Apple iCloud that I was paying for, but could not access.

If it had been a delay of 2 hours I could have managed to let it slide, but 7 days is unacceptable in the fast moving time we live in. Apple did not value me as a customer and offered no solutions even with full verification of my identity - my old phone number.

How can Apple survive in making customers wait 7 days. It's so disrespectful. And to top it off they required me to keep checking my authentication status and once its complete 7 days later you only have 2 hours to update it.

Basically Apple makes you wait 6 days for their slow inaccessible process and they will not wait for us as their customer. What a worthless disrespectful treatment for us as customers.

Apple was so slow it was as if they were in a technology stone-age and then they disregard me as a customer. Oh and they told me it would be a 6 day delay, but it was actually a 7 day delay.

How abusive. My next phone will not be Apple, unless they start treating me a paying customer as if I'm valued. As of now they don't deserve my money and their products are not worth it. So sad to see a good company fall so far.
