I am using the XS Max currently and I am happy with the product. I could use some extra battery though but it is still not that bad considering the performance of the device I have market 5*.

Please put bigger batteries in future devices.

So poor. AVOID

I used and use Apple products, have contacted customer service and have always been satisfied. But recently something has changed. The staff are unprofessional and not helpful(in the stores). Products do not work as expected.
I noticed an unauthorized transaction, so I immediately contacted the service. Nobody was able to help me. I paid almost £ 40, I don't even know what for. How is it possible that Apple supports such situations? No refund. Nothing. The manager with whom I chatted disconnected because he couldn't answer my questions.
Incredible and unacceptable. Rude and not professional. I definitely won't buy Apple products anymore. I do not recommend. Avoid.

I was so happy when I purchased my IMac desktop on 02/15/2020. I thought this would be the last computer I would have to buy. On 07/15/2020 my computer asked me to update now or tonight. I clicked on now. The update did not happen, instead I got a flashing do not enter symbol and question mark displayed on my screen. I contacted Best Buy who stated they were booked up until 08/01/2020. I teach high school and I needed my computer. I have my lesson plans on the computer hard drive. I did not back anything up. I had an IMac. I contacted Apple and we stayed on the phone for over two hours trying to fix the problem. He referred me to Simply MAC in Marietta, Georgia. They charged me $79.00 for a diagnostic which takes 2-3 days. I have been going through six days of stress and regret. I feel that this is a new computer, I should not have to go through this regret. I slay feel that Apple or Best Buy need to refund the $79.00 paid for the diagnostic. Can you believe this An IMac only five-months old.

To me, Apple products aren't worth that much attention. Their phones are very hard to get used to, they break down all the time, and they're very unreliable. And about their laptops you can't even start, they are useless. But despite that, people keep buying products from Apple for thousands of dollars. That sounds ridiculous to me.

I am not a happy customer regarding the complaints claims portion, but I'm yet content. Regardless, it's not my problem The website needs to get it together! As I have said before, the phones are at my discretion, as long as my children and I are content, but the claims settings online are ridiculous!

IPhone XS Max Fall in less than a feet of water the screen go green, I call Apple customer care which that are just horrible, tells me the phone is waters resistant but after a while the seal will not work I have to pay 495 for a screen they must be in drugs definitely not buying any apple products again..

I have to admit that when I saw the name apple I was expecting some high quality proucts. Sadly that is not what I got. The airpods I bough stopped working after 2 months. I do not know if it was me or the airpods were faulty. Either way I am dissapoited. Getting them fixed will cost quite a lot and I hate that fact.

I think that I am moving back to android. The products are expensive but with no better features than android. What I do not like is the battery life of the phone I bought. It can barely last an entire day of usage. I have to charge my phone every single day which is not what I was expecting. Apart from that everything else was fine.

We got 4 new Iphone 11 beginning of this year and one of them developed this fine white line in the middle of the phone screen. We tried Apple Carlsbad to bring it in to have a look at it, but they didnt asnwer their phone and there were no appontments available for over a week. So at the end we send it in for repair, by then the whole phone had white line all over the screen. They informed us that it was water damage and we had to pay 400 dollars for repair. The phone NEVER went into water but that did not interest them at all. They said that even if you have your phone in the bathroom with you (not in the shower) that there could be water coming into the phone and that it was our fault, I pointed out that in the ads it says water resistant but again, no if there is water in the phone its your fault. I a so fed up with Apple and there customer service. Its never their fault, and you always have to pay, their phones get worse and all the customer can do is pay! This will be the last time my family of 4 will buy an iphone.

Flayed Alive

I bought power beats pro. They are decent quality, but the left ear bud started malfunctioning after about 6 months. The right one doesn't hold a charge, but for half the time it's supposed to. Getting them replaced is worse than being flayed alive. They make it virtually impossible, so as to discourage you from even trying. So ya, I'd rather be flayed alive than purchase another item from apple.

Misleading and inaccurate information given. Purchased a laptop that was faulty in April. We are now August. I still have not received my replacement. I have however spoken to 24 representatives who all call themselves apple support, and a new case continues to be open because they "can help". Never. Again. Dealing with Apple and trying to find a resolution is what i imagine walking the endless impossible staircase in and M. C. Escher painting surrounded by Fire listening to Pop music on hold hearing voices of 24 reps saying essentially the same thing. This is the Horror version of Ground Hog Day. I look forward to my updated review next month. For every week i still don't have my laptop, i reach out to a new attorney general to file a complaint.

It has taken me 6 months and a court case to get a refund from Apple for money they took for a keyboard which was replaced under warranty. Is that not theft? They CS communications are awful, I spent ¾ hour on the phone after which I was promised a refund. This never happened. Found an email address but they refused to reply, just asked me to speak on the phone but I wanted a written record. I emailed Tim Cook direct a number of times but, unsurprisingly, got no response. Eventually I took them to court (UK) and obtained a decree against Apple. They then refunded me but refused compensation and refused an apology. They really do not care once they have your money, if they did they wouldn't get such poor reviews.

So you pay for insurance on your phone so that when something happens you don't have to worry about it right? Wrong with this company; first off the process takes over an hour to talk to a representative and get a solution worked out. Then the solution is to use the insurance and get a new phone for only $99 dollars, right? Wrong! It will be $99 dollars after a hold of $1200 is placed on your card. Who in the right mind has $1200 to have waiting on Apple to refund it? Nobody and it shows that this company doesn't think about the people and is as white collar as it gets!

MacBook pro

I purchased 2 MacBook Pro computers in April. Received end of April. My daughter had problems with her's from start up. She called tech, thought all was well. Now, June 28, it is getting very hot, battery looses power in 20 min, and the fan is very loud. She called and was told she would have to send it back. She felt because she had problems with it from the start, they had a record of her problems, it should be replaced. The tech was very rude, impatient and flat out told her she only had 14 days to return it, too late.! I have purchased 4 MacBooks over the years and Apple used to be great, helpful. Never again, NEVER. Apple lost a good customer today. I am disgusted with the service!

I officially HATE apple and will never give them a cent of my money. I bought a defective MacBook Pro full price and within first time using it there was an issue with a piece of hardware that was causing display abnormalities. I sent it in got it back 7 days later which I had to drive to drop it off and pick it up. I later had issues with the keyboard which I was blamed for. Then another hardware issue which was causing the screen to glitch out and had to send it in again for repair. At the same time, I had issues with the keyboard again which they "fixed". That all happened within the first 12 months of owning this brand new laptop that cost half of my school tuition ($1,500+). Fast forward 2 months later and I am having the same issue with my keyboard. I asked for a replacement because, at this point, this is ridiculous and I shouldn't have these problems and be out of a computer for 7 days at the time. I was on the line with the manager for 1 hour and all he kept repeating was how we could get me set up for a repair when I made it clear I wanted a brand new computer that was not defective since this one clearly is. So now I got to send it in for the 3rd time in 14 months for another repair which will take up to 7 days if not more. I let the manager know that he lost a customer and he showed no care whatsoever. I will be selling this piece of crap laptop and iPhone and switching to Samsung if anyone would like to join me. As a college student, I need something reliable and apple is not. And they do not stand behind their product. Cheap donkeys.

Disgusting company I ordered a £3500 Mac computer this week I never received it when I called Apple spent a day on the phone sorting things out and they have come to the conclusion that it was delivered and so they will not send a replacement or send me a refund be very careful spending your money with Apple online you are not protected it's disgusting

Bought a brand new iPad from T-Mobile in February, then less than 3 months later the volume button just stops working. I called about a replacement, the supervisor, Briar, offered me an express replacement, which I agreed to, then was denied the express because of apple's policies. So first I was sold a lemon, then I was lied to, and now I'm inconvenienced and stuck with the faulty device until the stores open back up. This is very unsatisfactory. This is the second lemon I was sold by Apple. After this experience I'm really going to have to support Android. I do NOT trust Apple and their lemons.
