I really enjoy this site as a go to for shopping and a resource for tech issues. I order my items via the site for store pick up... I love that. I make my appoints to be seen in store... this is even better. I can use support to answer my questions about all of my apple products. I use the site to see the specs on what is new. I have never made a refurbished purchase but I see that they have high-end products on major discount. I do not understand the low reviews as this is nearly perfect. Apple products are great and they stand behind said products unlike Microsoft (corp), and companies that make computers that run Microsoft. I love apple so much I am as giddy as a fat kid looking at a cannoli cake as I surf the site. Fantastic customer service and that is why I am willing to pay more for Apple.

It's a great card as long as the water is smooth. The minute there is a ripple it sucks. You call four time and I get four different answers and nothing gets done. I was so frustrated that I closed the account it's not worth the hassle.

I bought my apple mp4 player half a year ago. It is very beautiful and looks attractive. The screen is big and clear, sound is pure, and it can works for a long time. But only a little expensive, at least four stars
My ipad developed a fault in May, booked an appt with nearest store to be informed battery was faulty and I would need to pay £70 to get a replacement ipad. Why, did i have to pay, not my fault the battery was faulty. Turns out there is no arguing with customer service. They have a script and they stick to it, robots. Obviously my fault for buying an ipad with a faulty battery.
Anyway 3 months on my replacement ipad develops a cracked screen, not been dropped, and in a heavy duty shockproof case. So booked another appt to be accused of damaging the ipad myself and then informed £190 to replace screen. Are you kidding me.
Asked to speak to a manager, complete waste of time. He repeated almost word for word what the supposed 'technician' said.
Apple do not care once they have sold you a product.
Will never buy Apple again.
There are just as good, if not better, brands out there.
I been calling everyday for this matter n management they tell u will call u back n 4 to 6 days me I never would expect a big company like this to tell me I have to wait for a manager to call me back I went in store n they were sold out of computers I wanted. Apple has failed me I do not believe I will do business with them in future they need to fix the problems immediately not tell me how have to wait 4 to 6 days for manager to call. This company is a joke
It's always been vastly over rated. While it had shown some innovation a couple decades ago, nothing special about it in last 10 or so years. Nothing but "fanboi" publicity pushing a company that has a large ego to match its miniscule e-peen and that of its myopic minions.
I was hacked! My Apple Card was run up to $6,000 and apple wrote it off and me. They will not allow me to have an account I can not get music or apps or update apps. NOTHING! I need to buy android now. Thanks apple for punishing me when I didn't do it
Apple customer service is AMAZING. They will diagnose and try and help you with product loong out of warranty. They have helped me with software issues, including reinstalling software, replacing batteries and generally are just AMAZING.
They have really improved the genius bar, either all the 13 year olds with attitude have grown up or they got the message. THIS is as good as it gets in customer service. Making an appointment is easy online at their store sites, walk ins welcome but you may run into a wait.
I just had to add this after spending hours being jerked around by Travelzoo who is NO help if you run into a customer service issue. They HAVE your money, see ya! Hi Courtney!

I bought them for 9 months and replaced them by apple 3 or 4 times. They have cracked sound one after another, now the warranty no more and the problems are not solved. I wasted $ to buy them. This is my 2nd pair. Not buy them again. Bose is my next choice. Bye bye Apple!
I am not a happy customer regarding the complaints claims portion, but I'm yet content. Regardless, it's not my problem The website needs to get it together! As I have said before, the phones are at my discretion, as long as my children and I are content, but the claims settings online are ridiculous!
I have been a loyal iPhone customer for over 10 years! They bend over backwards providing excellent customer service, affordable plans and great phones! They provide service and phones to my whole family now!
Purchased a Macbook Pro and received it in December 2021. Started to shut off randomly since February. Until this day, I am trying to get them to fix the piece of crap or replace it. Don't buy apple warranty; it won't do you any good. Get it from Microcenter where they will just replace the computer and save you a headache.
Apple has been charging me 2.99 for the past year on my credit card. When i changed phone brands i cancelled my subscriptions under my apple account before switching phone. After contacting support online it was escalated to a phone call with support & talking to them about my icloud subscription on the phone they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. It's only 2.99 a month but i requested a refund for the past year because i didnt want to keep giving money to a trillion dollar company and apparently there is nothing they could do... i dont feel this is right. It was also difficult to navigate there website to find the right place to get on the chat. They seriously don't care!
I've been a tablet customer for the iPad for years. I also own a notebook, which I think they do a great job with as well. Great place to shop for a computer, yet it's also great to visit the stores in real life. I highly recommend it!
My iPad is 2 1/2 years old it has been giving me problems since the beginning of the year
The battery is not holding charge although is says 100% charge. I have taken it to apple genius each time I get a different diagnosis depending on who looks at it. I keep telling them it is the battery because if I keep it plugged in it will work but soon as it is unplugged it shuts of. The apple staff only will direct me to get a new iPad the warranty is expired so I only got a few months after the warranty. Apple needs to do better I am very disappointed I am a senior I like to use my iPad they should be able to do something.
