Macbook Air
March 23, 2020

I've had issues with my MacBook for over a year now. I have taken it to the Apple store multiple times and have called customer service on my issues with it starting up. All they do is fix the current issue and then my MacBook breaks down again. They haven't helped me at all with fixing my MacBook from it shutting down all the time. Really disappointed in the customer service and how they helped me. Don't think I'll buy another MacBook book again.

Not so good for me anymore. Every year the products become more and more of a marketing moves than of actual use. Still reliable but guess this year is a finishing one for me with everything but the Mac`s.

"Great Performance"

In terms of characters, the iPhone SE (2020) is so different from other phones in its price range, and its sleek, compact, easy to use, decent daylight camera efficiency and the only bad thing about this phone is the mediocre battery life and a bit costly.

Great Phone But...

There is no doubt that apple has been the best phone from beginning. The only issue is the service, the service centers in many cities of India is very poor executives don't have complete knowledge about the phone(devices) itself. I am facing this issue in all the service centers in Jaipur itself...
Hope apple won't compromise in this.

Apple.com is provides all latest products. I have to pay an iPad mini 3 with touch ID from this site. The price was $399. I have to deliver within few days. I really impressed this site. Apple.com provides excellent information’s about the products. I think Apple.com is very dependable site for the customers.

Quality products
August 5, 2015

Apple is well known for the quality of their products. I have had my Macbook Pro 2008 for years and it works good as new with the exception of having to replace the hard drive - through fault of my own. I also have an iPhone 6, which i am delighted with, works perfectly and does everything i need it to. Super happy.

Sent me a broken Ipad
September 2, 2020

I ordered an ipad about 2 weeks ago and it took a week and a half to ship and once i got it it was broken. I opened the ipad and started to set it up but once i got to the home page the screen would no longer let me use it and became unresponsive. They're sending me a new one but it's still stupid to pay so much and have such little protection in the shipping process.

Apple has lost its ways
September 12, 2022

Apple car play has been screwed up due to apples updates, their updates have 0 customizations for its customers. The latest update feels like I now have a toy phone made for children. Their AirPods connect when they feel like it, they don't provide a charging block when purchasing an iPhone, they sell the same phone year after year and want copious amounts of money for them. Just go android. I'm about to throw out all my apple products. Steve Jobs would be disappointed in the way apple has "grown"… It's a terrible company with terrible products, buy android. I would give them a 0 star but I have to give them a 1 star. Disgusting company

After spending hours on the internet and on the phone with apple support, it looks like I have to send i phone 11 to apple technicians. This is totally unacceptable during the holiday season, they made a total mess of i phone 11.

I replaced my phone today and when I went to the apple store as always the service was with a smile and immediate. No where else gives you service like apple does. If customer service is important to you - apple does it right.

My phone stop working it just turn off and dint want to turn on anymore was still under the guarantee you then took it to aapple store just to find our it wasn't cover by Them ant to fix it the charge was almost 500 dollars for a error 9 was the code disappointed and frustrated to find out that we pay ever 1000 for a phone that is not going to cover we. You Most need it

@apple has demonstrated the least professional service - twice lost computer in transit with basically no compensation for the inconvenience, endless phone calls with customer support, and couldn't even provide the computer in store, despite accepting payment….highly recommend not supporting this business in the future.

3 weeks after ordering online + 2 hours in the apple store, still no #macbookair

We paid almost $800 for a phone to be picked up by my child in the Seattle Apple store.
1. The website would not allow us to edit the pickup person.
2. Website says any authorized user from OUR carrier may pick up the phone.
3. Despite my child being an authorized user, the Apple store would NOT allow her to pick up the phone.
4. I spent over three hours placing the order so that she could be made the pick up person.
5. I spent over four hours trying to get Apple to give her the phone.
6. Apple STINKS!

I got an I pad and after only 3 months it suddenly went dead. I took it to a expert and he ran every test there is and found out it has a defect. I told apple and at&t (that's where I got it) and said they won't do anything for me. So now I have a iPad I can't use because it was defective when I got it and also I still have to keep making payments on it.

Updated my iPhone with the latest update and it wouldn't even turn on.its like my device died... if my phone can't handle the new update then you should be aware of this and NOT make it available for me

Poor phone
January 25, 2021

Very poor customer service and poor quality of iphone 12. I will strongly suggest not to buy their 12. Very poor quality phone caused issue in 7 weeks of buying it. It took us 4 weeks to send it to repairs and all we getting is call back and case Ids.

I had the iPhone but did not like it, seemed to work good but it was harder for me to use. We also bought the desktop computer but have to call for help each time we start it.
If you are younger it would be better for you to use

Poor Poor Poor Service

I forgot my password - Apple's requirements are asinine. I went into recovery mode which was supposed to take 24 hours. 24 hours later, the system said I have to wait another 24 hours. I waiting and after 48 hours of waiting, it stated that must another 48 hours. Complete horse $#*!.
