I can't even search the internet, watch shows without the macbook over heating and refreshing every 5 seconds, terrible product paid around 1,000 dollars for a "quality" MacBook I would not recommend, what a ripoff.
I decided to buy a iPad and went to apple.com, watched it's video of some huge round building, wonderful technology first before buying then I just see shipping and built from/at "Shenzhen, China" on my UPS tracking one day before delivery. Thought it was built using skilled local labor.

Its sad to see I am rating apple a 1 star. I have never had a problem before and now that I have an issue it could not be resolved... after loosing 1000 plus dollars on a device that could of simply been repaired and was not able to simply because "third party issues" is dreading. Apple instead of helping your customers out especially in this time frame, you make customers spend more then what they need to and think customers are at wrong..
They have quality in their phones, i tried using other too but I gotta love apple phone. They are really good. I'm using 12pro.
Apple often has random charges on my card on file. They also don't bill for purchases made in a timely fashion. They will sit on purchases then bill for all. When a purchase is made it should be taken out of account at that time and not wait to bill in bulk! When charging a customer for a purchase it should be instant. If money is not available then purchase should be declined. Allowing one to purchase vis the app and not charging instantly is seeming like a form of " credit" from Apple and I did not apply, ask or request any delays in billing or charging.
Overpriced product with terrible post sales service. They will literally lie and tell you a shop is an Apple shop and you can take your product to them to discuss technical support. When you get to the shop they will try to charge you $98 before they will even look at the product and then finally admit they arent actually Apple. All this was a result of pressing yes to an upgrade. The upgrade literally froze the computer and everything had to be reinstalled again. There is no warning telling you the install could destroy your computer. Data recovery isnt their worry so they literally dont care if it happens to you when you press install. Dont buy one and if you do back everything up every day as it is that unpredictable. Fine one day, totally destroyed the next. Apple is the scam of the West.
On 3/13/2021, I placed an order (W*******), on Apple.com. During checkout I was giving two choices for the order; mail devices to home by Tuesday, or Express Pickup@ local store (Apple North Star). The item was listed as available today, so I chose Express Pickup. A logical person would assume express pickup would mean, the item would be available to the purchaser sometime today, since the order was placed at 12pm noon. So about 3:30 I head to the mall, assuming, the device would shortly be available. I stop by the Apple store with my purchase information and was greeted kindly by manager Andy. Andy stated processing usually takes a couple of hours. I educated Andy, the order was made at noon and it was 4pm at time of discussion, which is 2 x couple of hours. Andy called some corporate number and stated he was advised the order was showing still processing, but to wait on the pickup email and ask for him once I receive it and I would not have to wait in the entrance line again. Well, it's now the end of day two and the store closed already. I called Apple.com regarding my purchase, and the young lady who answered the call asked what she could help with and I explained I was calling to check the status of my purchase. She advised me to hold on and the next thing I heard was the automated system asking me to enter the extension of the person I was trying to reach. I hung up and had to call back and spoke with a male customer service rep the second time, who stated they were reviewing my payment information and it should be cleared up in the morning. I inquired why would they they need to review my payment information and for what concerns? He stated, sometimes there could be slight errors that are reviewed and have to be cleared. I educated that I was in the local store the day before and if any information needed to be verified, then that would have been the best time to verify any concerns. The truth is, all of this has been a load of crock. These are operational issues and apple has demonstrated that after a year of closure, no one was intelligent enough to have a reopening plan in place. They have demonstrated a failure to timely process orders and provide standard customer service; which is the bare minimum below good customer service. We knew they lost the vision of the company when Steve Jobs died, but it appears they don't even have leadership capable of reestablishing a functional operation. Instead of fixing the problem, they chose to treat consumers as if we're all ignorant fools they can side track to cover their own failures. I've cancelled this order and truly understand now, how the android market has come this far into taking over a market once ruled by Apple.
When you buy a car, we look its resale value, same way we look resale value before buying any expensive product. Apple products are not resalable and you will not be able to sell your used one and buy a newer version using the money you got from your older phone. Apple put restrictions on resellers making it more complicated for them to re-sell a used phone or ipods. NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT AS IT IS NOT RESALLABLE. These are expensive products and resale value is very important. Apple products has ZERO resale value. When buying any high value electronics, see if you will be able to resell it before buying, otherwise you will struck with it.
Apple has completely went rouge on their products! Not only that, but some devices don't even last 1-2 hours in full battery. I bought an Apple Product and it worked out for a few days but suddenly always kept losing batteries. That just made me lose hope.

About a year ago I bought an iPhone 11, white from 64gb. The cost was about 850 euros. I have to say that for, regarding the value for money, iPhone has always been a fairly expensive product, but I have to say that the products are good. The conditions of the phone after a year are discreet, this is because, being a student, I do a lot of use... especially from a year with distance teaching. The battery level is a bit the weak point, it goes down very quickly with video-calls (in fact my time is 87% of the maximum capacity). As for the rest, camera, general functionality, everything is still great. Is a phone that I recommend.
Apple products suck. Tim Cook has completely ruined this company. He should be removed immediately. Not only do the products suck, but the customer service is 90% horrendous.
Apple company and Charter/Spectrum suck and you are screwed if you get cable service with Charter, Charter just said I can not return my Apple 4k stream boxes they sent me for my cable service, these are what they use now, it sucks, no remotes, 1 box wont set up, can't return to Charter, can't even return to Apple, you pay full $180 price for each device if you have opened it up.
I purchased their apple watch series 6 nike edition, it has been very helpful in my workouts, and also helps me read my text messages without getting the phone out of my pocket. The bands are also very strong and durable, not a scratch so far. Integrates well with the rest of my apple products including an imac and an iphone xs max.
Where do I even start? I recently switched to Samsung and I was in heaven when I opened the s10. I don't know how people can defend Apple when their products are literally the same but Apple lies to customers saying it's the best iphone have better than android. I can say first hand that iphone is so overrated and Samsung is underrated. There's so much more that you get with Samsung that you'd never get with Apple. I have an apple ipad and apple pen, they are great piece of equipment but they were expensive. The real reason why this rating is low is because of the fact that a company this big, 500% profit margin, only pays minorities 6 dollars a month. This is in china and India. How can a company that preaches equality only pays their employees 6 dollars a month? Engineers get paid 163 a month, those jobs here are worth far more than that. Stop thinking of profit since you are so big and start thinking of real innovation and pay people a living wage and something that can mean something. If not then more of your factories will be burned down.
I got the Apple Watch for Christmas it fell in the swimming pool and crack and it never came on I tried to change it but they say I will have to buy a new one like these things ain't cheap so it should be guarantee and last longer me and my sister have been using Apple since the iPhone 3 now it 12 I don't leave reviews like this but the guy that helped me was really rude and annoying like I spend money here I should be able to get answers nicely I am very disappointed
This phone has ruined my life. It has repeatedly malfunctioning issues, which I have video of. I made appointment with geek squad well it's not doing it now. If I get a call while using gps my phone would lock into live video. Where I'd be stranded on the side of the road hoping for it to stop. It has repeatedly locked me out for days when I've not changed or did anything. No phone for five days once, only to finally be told sim must of went bad. I've called in several times were they walk you through all the bs, complete waste of time. Purchased at Best Buy with AT&T service with geek squad and apple care plus, No incentives full price for phones. All I ever get to do is try to fix what should work as a normal phone. It has left me angry as I can possibly be and in tears. I've repeatedly told them it's doing this and I have identity theft issues and fraud and a messed up phone malfunctioning doesn't help. When trying to recover accounts and they text you a code, I didn't even get that, Says account recovery takes up to 14 days. Being drove completely insane I laid on truck bumper to open garage, many hrs later, I find, make appointment with Apple and I'm told bc find my iPhone is on and we're they've repeatedly signed me out that I have to sign in and turn that off. Regardless that's been my complaint the whole time. I'm standing there with receipt, box it came in and my broken phone that I've complained about at least 8/10 times in six months. Seems like complete insanity, so my phone has done exactly what I complain about, and it broken and insured and again I come home with no phone. You would think a single mom could get better support from such big corporate companies. I'm in the process of divorce and settling my whole estate and I'm suppose to get into a broken phone or wait 14 days. For what my whole life and account to be drained. I. m rather sure it shouldn't be this difficult filing a claim shouldn't make you want to go into a rage. Do you not know what it's like to barely afford something only to get a pos that drives you insane, while every little nice useless helpless costumer service just basically redirects you to more bs. Wish I could give negative stars... Apple is horrible! Someone steals your phone and turns off Find My and they refuse to help with anything! Apple care won't honor the Apple care plus theft program YOU pay for because the phones been wiped and you can't access tracking on it! OF COURSE you can't if it's been wiped! That's why you pay for extra coverage! Instead they're happy to rob you of over $1000 for a brand new phone. I'm trading ALL my Apple devices in for something else because of this
