We were desperate to find help and felt overwhelmed. A place for mom helped us to navigate through the experience as quickly as we needed them to. It was a huge relief to have help.

They were very helpful and had a number of resources. It was great to have the facilities filtered to meet our needs and price point.

I suddenly and unexpectedly needed an immediate assisted living placement for my partner. I had no idea of what to do/where to start. A Place for Mom saved the day. Within minutes, they provided me with a list of possible facilities meeting my requirements, arranged tour appointments, and continued follow-up. I was able to arrange a placement almost immediately at Meadowview in Johnston, Iowa. It has turned out to be a perfect match for me and my partner. I didn't know the facility existed until I was referred by A Place for Mom. A Place for Mom saved the day/my sanity. I'll forever be indebted!

I called A Place for Mom when my mother in law needed help after a fall. They quickly put me in touch with home health care providers. They also asked me questions about locations and sent me some suggestions for assisted living places for me to visit and tour. The person who was assigned to help me was very kind and called to check on me and see how things went. I liked how they had information they could share with me.

The representative answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.

Our search for a senior living facility for elderly father was greatly facilitated.

A Place for Mom is not only for Mom's. My Father was coming to a time in his life where he could no longer take care of himself, and was too much for family members as well. We had heard that A Place for Moms actually could help us with "Dads" as well. We gave them a call, and they were pretty amazing. They let you know right up front, it won't cost you a dime. Tell them what you are looking for, and what your situation is, and they pretty much take it from there.
We received several calls within that day and week to begin our search. Several different places reached out to us and described their services and set up tours, from within the same day, or any time during the upcoming days. We went on several tours and were able to choose the best one for our Father. During that time, A Place for Mom continued to keep in touch and offer their assistance. We finally decided on a location, and A Place for Mom was extremely helpful... Would highly recommend!

My mother was in another assisted living facility when they decided to close at the last minute. I was given a month to find her a new place. I called A PLACE FOR MOM, and was connected with Mimi. I can't say enough good things about her. She was friendly, compassionate, listened to my needs regarding our particular circumstance, and was just an angel from start to finish. It was a very daunting task in my mind before I talked to Mimi. However, she made the process a lot less stressful. I am eternally grateful to Mimi and A Place For Mom.

Everyone involved was quick. Fortunately in our situation we found the perfect place immediately. Be prepared for many many calls from the various communities wanting to set you up with a place.

This company gives so much guidance in what to look for in an exceptional senior care/living center…aspects you don't realize are important until you start searching. Advisor Matt was extremely helpful.

This company is not trustworthy. From the beginning it was a bad experience followed by call after call from more than one number. I would never trust a company like this with my parents care when they start out with lies and harassment.
