Kelly Hardy was our contact with A Place For Mom. She was incredibly helpful. I was led to Kelly through Caring advisor Brian Hicks. When something devastating happens to someone in your family you find yourself drowning and have no idea where to turn. If not for A Place For Mom's help we still would be trying to muddle through the unknown. Our adult son had an emergency amputation.
Between Caring and A Place for Mom their help guaranteed our journey finding a place for him would be successful. We are so thankful to Kelly.

A Place for Mom was quick to reach out to me when I was looking for a Memory Care facility for my husband. They were respectful, extremely helpful, quick with follow-ups and I was quickly able to find a place I was comfortable with for my husband.

This was the best decision I made for my Mom. My brother and I didn't know where to start when looking for a place for our Mother. When I saw the TV ads I thought - "might as well start with them" - lol. I'm so glad I did. They ask you pretty straightforward questions regarding finances and desired locations and the visiting places begins. It's a real education visiting the various facilities suggested and a MUST in deciding the best place for your loved one. Stephanie was our coordinator and she was very attentive and thorough with following up. We found the best place for our Mom and really wouldn't have known where to start if it hadn't been for "a Place for Mom" - I highly recommend them.

Very good - received texts immediately after my initial discusssion. Prompt at replying after I asked for them to check into different options. Checked back frequently to see how things were going. I lthink they knew my mom had a place before I did!

Tate, my Senior Advisor, listened to my needs and found a place which met my requirements on his first attempt. Following the tour conducted by "Tony ", Location, transportation and amenities were things I wanted. Friendly staffs made me feel welcomed as well.

I give Tate a five star rating for his knowledge, expertise and professionalism in these matters making it stress free for my brother and I in trying to do these things on our own. Thank you.

They were wonderful and very caring! They helped set up visits! We only had a few days to find a place for my mom and they found us a wonderful place. So thankful for the support and help!

Overnight, my father was in need of a place for memory care that was affordable and close to his family.

Amber, Kim and Kathleen made it all possible.
Within 24 hours we had a direction and referrals.

I am certain I would still be trying to find a place, if not for the three of them.

We are working through understanding next steps, etc. but they are right there with us providing support and resources.

I found Paradise Assisted living to be a great place for your loved ones to spend their days. They held a room for over 2 months until I could get my loved one transferred from another state. The staff is kind and gentle with the residents. The building is an old girls school converted nicely. The rooms are spacious with bathrooms. I recommend Paradise Assisted living to anyone looking for a place that is safe and comfortable for your loved ones.

I started mynsearch looking to the future for my husband. I knew he eventually would need to go into memory care. My Place for mom representative was GREAT. They did not push and answered my questions and gave me space if I needed it. This is such a tough decision and I did find the right place for my husband.

The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you know what the places cover and if they have animals residing on site. Some people are allergic to animals.

My person, Wendy Sousa, was the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient person to help me find a place for my mom. I enjoyed talking to her and she gave me exactly the info I asked for and needed to make my decision. She helped during and after which I thought was so professional of her. I have recommended this organization to a few people. Thank you for all you did.

If you need help placing a loved one, please call Place for Mom! They were patient, great follow up and No Pressure! We found an affordable and wonderful place for my Mom!

I was completely at a loss trying to figure out how to place my 101 year old in the best possible environment. A Place for Mom, referred me to amazing care homes. They also advised and encouraged me when I needed it. I am confident my Grandmother is happy and well taken care of and I am immeasurably grateful!

I contacted A Place for Mom on a Saturday, and online was able to give my brothers in depth details regarding an urgent relocation need from a Senior Living setting to and Assisted one with Memory care. Within 48 hours, I received a list of facilities that could possibly meet my brothers needs, with names and contact phone numbers. One of the 4, contacted me directly and I immediately made arrangements to view the facility. It proved to be a perfect fit for my brothers needs. He moved in 1 week ago.

With living out of state from my 90 yr old dad I needed all the help I could get trying to find a place for him to move in to. Kelli really listened to what I wanted and gave me a few places to tour. She was always available for questions. My dad ended up liking the first place he went so that's all we needed.

The service was very helpful, but sent too many follow-up emails.

I have used A Place for mom several times over the past 3 years. But it was not until two months ago that I finally made the decision to move my parents from AZ to SC - over 2,000 miles! A Place for Mom set up several tours for me each time I needed to look at all the options available. A few times there were excessive phone calls from several representatives, until I finally stayed with Phillip Staton. He was not pushy and only called when necessary. I am very grateful for their help
