Anyvan offer a great service. I have used them a couple of times and have been really pleased with the ease for booking and price. Would definitely recommend giving them a go.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company.
My van never showed up, and the driver repeatedly lied to me and said he was on his way, while I could see on his tracking he wasn't. I waited an entire day for him while he made excuses, and eventually watched as he drove straight past my town to the other side of the country after promising he would be with me next.
Customer service were useless in every way while I tried to resolve this.
Eventually another van shows up, 24 hours later than I had booked. They damage a street sign, which they took no responsibility for. Once the van is packed, they spend ten minutes standing around chatting to each other in another language while I wait for my Uber. I repeatedly ask if everything is okay, and they say it is. It isn't until I am getting into the Uber that they tell me they have locked the keys in the van. I had frozen food in the van. I went with the Uber and waited at my new flat. Eventually the van shows up and they unload it, thankfully without incident.
I repeatedly tried to raise these issues with customer service and found them to be avoidant, obnoxious and condescending. I have still not received a refund. A truly appalling company at every level, from lying drivers, to incompetent and rude customer service.
After the unpleasant situation. I prayed and decided to contact the CEO, I send a copy of the above message. He sent me an email and contacted me within 30 mins.
He apologized for the service provided and then asked if he could look into it. Later he contacted me and sort it out. His staff who treat me with disrespect, tried to intimidate me, I again contact the CEO and he told me to let him handle it.
He sorted everything out. He also apologized and offered his condolences for my pug. He informed me that his mom also have pugs.
He said if there is any cost he will incur it. He also said he will handle the issue of customer service with his staff.
I received the item within 2 days. He also contacted the seller and apologized. It takes a great man to be humble. I blessed him and told him to tell his mom she has raised a gentleman.
Sometimes the staff do not respect how hard it is for someone to establish a firm and they take it for granted. I deleted my comment on trustpilot as he asked me to do.

I bought an item on gumtree and it was linked to ANYVAN. I TRIED TO POST THIS ON THEIR FB SITE BUT IT WONT ALLOW. MY STORY.
Three weeks ago I purchase a patio sliding from gumtree and accepted the bid from AnyVan because of the urgency I selected and accepted the quote. The item collection date given so I forward a copy to the seller, stating the date and time. The day of collection arrived and I got no reply from the driver until late that evening offering and apologising for non collection. AnyVan said they gave the driver a penalty and as a good jester they refunded me £9 I was shocked As the item was located in Durham, it's only an hour away. He said he will collect the item at lunch time. Both the seller and I tried to contact him. I then contacted ANYVan and they apologised and said they will find a replacement driver, it took two days and another driver was allocated. He said he would collect the item the following morning. Around 12pm. I got a text from him stating he is unable to collect because he thought it was a patio door. Why would I pay so much for an item when I could have purchased one local. I asked the driver if he read the ad. I indicated that a sliding patio door and the photo as described in gumtree. A sliding door means a frame a fixed panel and a sliding door. He demanded payment and I called AnyVan he then sent me a text saying he got paid.
I contacted AnyVan again and after explaining to the agent he agreed relisted the item as he indicated that his system would not automatically list it like I want. I said the driver said he got paid this is not good customer service as the error was your system listing, again he, his name was Paul promised that a manager would get in contact with me ASAP. I waited no call. Easter weekend. On Monday I contacted AnyVan and they apologised. They said they were looking into reallocating someone, Yesterday, I had my pug put to sleep so I was sad and disappointed. I called them again and someone who I spoke to said she would look into the case. I told her again about the incident and that my pug had died she seemed genuinely kind. This morning I got a call from the driver who said he will collect the item between 2 and 3. I sent a message to the seller and at 3pm I had a miss call. It was AnyVan, I returned the call and the most rude individual named Mark from Gateshead office said this to me. The driver went to the collection point. The item is not as described, he is demanding another £40 to collect, and I have to pay AnyVan a fee of £20. I asked immediately to speak to a manager, he said those are the manager instructions, and he won't be bothering her, further they have cancelled the booking and will not be refunding me my payment. I was shocked stunned I would normally respond in an ungodly manner but I am so depressed about my pug.
In the past AnyVan have a rule that if you do not cancel the booking within a day you will not be refunded. If they do not call you back within half an hour they will credit your account. I have lost £80 because a seller delayed and they refused to refund me. When I contacted the via web chat to get the their FB information the agent was hesitant and gave the link but it did not allow me to post. I warned AnyVan in the past that their activity is unfair and is in violation with the consumer protection act. PLEASE SHARE THIS I WILL COPY IT AND SEND IT TO THE CEO.
I have lost £100 for the sliding patio door, £45 delivery and mu builders cannot finish my office porch.

I can't praise these guys enough, they were extremely professional, and very friendly, they were bang on time, and everything went perfectly... I would definitely use them again.
I bought a Cabinet on E-bay that was 138 miles from where I lived. This was a cost effective and timely way to get it delivered. I was kept well informed and it arrived in good condition.
Quick and easy service, I needed to move quickly and I was able to book within a day. The driver that came was very helpful making the whole situation stress free.
Left a genuine review about a terrible courier on Anyvan via trustpilot, and 2 hours later it was flagged by Anyvan. The review was removed, the system is rigged. Awful company.
Customer service was very helpful to speak to, our driver was great and kept us informed along his journey. It was a good service for next day delivery for large items.
We have made use of anyvan twice in a short span of time and they have been amazing. They price the best and they keep you up to date about pick ups and delivery. They were tidy and quick.
With good communication beforehand, the van arrived ahead of time but the driver and helper were very helpful and careful plus the whole exercise was good value.

I ordered and paid extra for a 2 person crew as the person I was buying the 2nd hand desk off eBay from, had a problem with her knee so could not help.
When "they" turned up, there was 1 man who then asked her to help move the desk and got really uppity with her when she said she couldn't help, saying that I "should have booked a 2 man job" which I had!
When he arrived here, I showed him my paperwork and he changed his tune. I helped him with the desk despite it not really needing 2 people.
I contacted Any Van who did refund me the money for the extra crew, but that was it.
I think considering it was THEIR mistake which caused issues with the seller and me, they could have at least been a little more conciliatory and offered some form of credit for the time this took to sort out, but they refused. A good customer service policy would have been to offer some form of credit or refund to appease a customer who had a valid complaint, but they were only interested in refunding the element of the job which due to their incompetence, was not delivered.
I can therefore state that they care little about their customers and I will not be using them again and would not recommend then to others.
Made a booking over the phone, time slot 9.am to 1.pm, when i received confirmation email they quoted time slot of 9am to 17.51pm. When i phone to tell them this is not correct they said that i would need to pay extra £38.00 to change this. The agent who took my booking never said anything about the time slot was for pickup only... also they wanted to charge me extra £10.00 for picking up from the first floor. In total they want to charge extra £48.00 on top of £56.00 i already paid. The pick up was only 15 minutes away however it took them 8 hours to deliver furthermore when the wardrobe arrived it had a long scratch from one end of the front to the other end sadly. The wardrobe was immaculate before delivery now it looks sabby & de-valued. It should of been a simple job to pick & deliver only 15 minutes away however Anyvan.com choose to put my wardrobe in full van and drive it around London for 8 hours before delivering it.

Used AnyVan for the first time and everything about it exceeded expectations. If I could give 6 stars, I would. The Price, the communication level and style, the people - everything just perfect.

Arranged a van for our removal day through anyvan big mistake. After listing all the items we were taking on the day of removal the van was too small and they tried to say we had not listed boxes which we had ( anyvans mistake) the driver said he could not do the job and drove away. The time we arranged was 11.am as we had to be out by 1.pm so our buyer could move in.
They eventually found someone else at such short notice and we were informed they would arrive at 2.30.pm, which now meant our buyer would be moving in as we were moving out. Ruddy chaos and again the van was too small ( after listing the items again) for which they charged us more as still they insisted we had not listed boxes. The driver contacted anyvan and was told they would have to make two journeys absolute madness and why did we have to pay extra for their incompetence? We did list boxes and said approx 20 we then realised it was more ( which they said was why we had to pay extra) however we took most of them ourselves. Even without the boxes the van was still too small and the driver agreed it was.
We would not recommend anyvan whatsoever they are incompetent shoddy and unreliable.
With various hurdles to overcome due to the contents of the package you were patient and helpful, and the whole process was completed without fuss. I will use you again and recommend you too.
