Non-existent customer service
(they do not respond at their customer service email and from the chat all they do is say to email them - been waiting for a receipt for over a month now)
Absolutely incapable and deceitful staff - the parcel has been now held with them in the destination city for 10 days past when it was supposed to be delivered, after being guaranteed several times over the last week that the delivery would be completed the next day.
Literally doing anything, like even just sending an invoice or providing correct tracking details seems to be beyond the capabilities of their staff.

DHL are an absolute disgrace - we purchased a 4 days international delivery service, and 12 days later the parcel has not yet left the UK and DHL customer service are doing absolutely nothing about it.
Waited for 1h30 for a driver to be assigned.
Finally once assigned, after some time the order was marked as delivered by the driver, even though it was never delivered.
No phone number available to contact support nor the driver.

The service is an absolute scam - the parcel was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and didn't, with no updates nor notifications - the website still shows the package due to arrive last Tuesday.
I am leaving on Monday and today was the last chance to get the package.
I contacted the Yodel support on Friday to find out what was going on and the customer support agent (Mansi Arora) said that the parcel was at the depot outside of Edinburgh, that they weren't sure when the parcel would be delivered, but confirmed that I could pick up the parcel on Saturday 10:00-12:00 from the depot.
I hence went to the depot at 11am as per their indications, and there found a huge group of angry people because the agent at the counter (Leila the name of the agent) would not search for any more parcels and said that most of the parcels could be found and that they would do nothing about it on the day.
I tried to explain the urgency of the parcel, the fact that it was already almost a week late and that I followed the indications of the Yodel online support agent, but the agents there offered no concrete solution to the problem (the staff was standing there instead of going looking for the parcels when they could well have done so).

Like many of the other reviews in here, I unfortunately had the experience of an Uber Eats driver claiming to have delivered the order, when they have not - absolutely despicable practices by some of their drivers who, when they have trouble finding the address, seem to call to say that they are reaching the address soon and to wait for them, and then never do, and Uber doing absolutely nothing to reprimate such dishonest drivers and to refund orders.
The Uber support service is also nothing more than a facade - when called, they just say to contact them by email, and then by email they simply respond with preformatted messages saying that they have no intention of doing anything about the problem.
I will not be using Uber Eats again (especially as there are plenty of better alternatives out there)
They don't fulfil orders placed and their customer support provides no answers whatsoever - avoid any website that uses Digital River
Move booked for over 3 weeks. Delivery van allocated and scheduled to arrive between 3:19pm and 6:19pm.
Around 6pm the customer service calls: "The van is having some delays, we should probably reallocate to a different van to guarantee delivery on the day". And again: "We will get a van to you by 9pm, you will get a message soon"
Time passes. No updated tracking, no further news, nothing.
I reach out to them around 8:15pm: "Sorry but we are not getting a van to you today" - not ok, but what do you propose - "We can place a new tentative order for tomorrow, but we can't guarantee that a van will be allocated and we will do absolutely nothing to place a higher priority on the job because we are useless and a complete scam" - it took me a while to realise it was not some silly joke
Lesson learned: not a company to be trusted and definitely not for something like a time-critical move - whoever is reading this, it'll save you a lot of time not to make my same mistake. Just use anyone else but them
Absolutely awful customer service. Stay away, the website is a scam and they almost never have anything they sell on stock.
It's the third order this month that I have to cancel because after weeks of waiting for three different items showing as in stock to dispatch, the customer service keeps on not responding and not even giving a timeline on when it would ship, even though they claim that the item is in stock
