Do not use this company, THey are awful. Unfortunately I trusted these reviews! My son has explained to me that large companies like this, use professional companies to write online reviews. This must be the case. The movers were inexperienced and packed badly, loads of breakages. Took too long. And loved using LOADS and LOADS of boxes and charged handsomely for these. They could have done what other companies do, ie take our bedroom drawers, take carcass down to van and then load drawers with all my belongings in. Anyway just thought I would try and put things right about this company. Anyvan I have discovered charge a whopping £500 to the moving company that does the job, so of course the actual company doing the move cuts corners a lot and uses inexperienced men, and probably pays em a pittance too.

I am moving home and was searching for removals on line. Came across the AnyVan website and entered date and address details on their calendar. All seemed okay, booked removal date, AnyVan took immediate payment. The day before I was due to move, and having made all the usual preparations for moving - including booking the day off work - they rang and told me they dont have any removal partners in the Whitehaven area (why then did they advertise on their diary that they do and even worse, took immediate payment. They said I won't receive my money back for 3 - 5 working days! Their customer service is shocking and I would highly suggest that you use a local firm, pay a little more and get a decent service with peace of mind. Ref No: AV 557 4845

Absolutely do not recommend this company to anybody. Booked for 2 guys to move a wardrobe for me and after paying a substantial amount to have new flooring laid only 2 months ago, this is now ruined as it was torn in multiple places during the move as a result from dragging the wardrobe rather than lifting. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to contact the company and come to a resolution, my calls are ignored and my emails go unanswered. I find it extremely disappointing that any company, who claim to be professional, are behaving in this way. I really do urge anybody who is thinking about booking these guys to book with someone else.

Everything is fine until it goes wrong. Their driver and assistant dropped our table top breaking the glass. Anyvan then could not make contact with the driver. He would not return their calls. An insurance claim needed to be made on the driver's insurance, which proved to be impossible. Anyvan made a derisory offer of Pounds 150, leaving us some Pounds 1300 out of pocket. The CEO of Anyvan hides behind his customer service centre and takes no responsibility for the company's driver. Shameful behaviour!

Everything that they could have done wrong they did. I did the quote over the phone and the girl I spoke to put down everything incorrectly. Customer service were raising their voice every time I called them to explain the situation. And another 2 times they said someone else will call me on the same day and no-one did. We had already heard bad reviews about them but didn't believe them until we did it ourselves...

My recent experience with anyvan was horrendous. My items were picked up and not dropped until the next day! Yes 24hrs, the company are apparently trying to help, although they understood the severity of the situation, insult think they were taking the situation seriously, every time I called spoke to a different foreigner named Chelsea, apparently there is no manager around if you ever want to speak with someone senior, my
Goods arrived 30hours later damaged, crushed boxes and damaged furniture, soiled mattress and stained cushions. The mover name Taran during pickup thought it was easy to roll the table on the floor Instead of moving it. Im now waiting to a confirmation whether I will have the job refunded and the damages to my items reimbursed. The experience has beeen completely shocking considering it was Christmas 3 days before all this happened. I time of joy, kindness, peace.

Great company reasonable prices saved me a 12 hour round trip would recommend far and wide very impressed will definitely use again. Helpful friendly staff picked up on time delivered on time. Was made easy from beginning to end. Thank you for a brilliant service

Very easy and straight forward, exactly what you need when you're looking to move lots of items from one place to another. They make that process stress free which is greatly appreciated. Great service!

Arrived on time. Guys very appreciative of last minute admin delay. Moved items with care. Very accommodating and unloaded at destination by mid afternoon. Would recommend and definitely consider using again.

Looked after my stuff with great care and communicated throughout to make sure I was happy. Didn't once complain about the 6 hour wait to get into my new house. Overall careful, professional and friendly.

We booked Anyvan to help move some larger items of furniture. The lads arrived on time, took care of both the goods and property, paid attention to ensure no knocks or scrapes and were perfectly polite. Good service, professionally delivered.

Bought a second hand sofa and two armchairs and needed them bringing from Gravesend to Horsham. Anyvan were extremely efficient and quick. Initial Communication by phone and confirmation by email was straightforward. The crew collected on time, texting just before arrival and the same for the delivery with the added convenience of being able to track the whole journey. Overall a great easy experience. Would not hesitate to recommend

Absolutely incredible service. We were in dire need of a move down to an spontaneous eviction and stumbled across this company whilst browsing for removals, and it paid off massively. The lads they provided did an exceptional job at moving our stuff quickly and effectively, and considering we were on a a top floor flat with no lift, they got on with it and worked incredibly hard. Would highly recommend! 10/10

I booked AnyVan through their site... very easy to navigate and to make an accurate inventory list my items. The guys turned up on time and were brilliant at helping me move items onto the van... all in this was an excellent experience that I would recommend

Hi used Anyvan for the first time in order to pick up a motorcycle, located about 150 miles away. The whole service was extremely efficient, the driver very courteous and he even assisted with unloading. I received several phone calls from the driver with an estimated time of arrival, all of which were spot on and very helpful. All in all a seamless service which I would use again without hesitation. With the price of fuel at these days I was quite happy with the quotation provided.
