I was shopping for the PlayStation 5, had someone recommend ANTOnline, as soon as I purchased I had received an invoice and receipt saying I had confirmed my purchase couple of days later I recieved my PlayStation 5 gratefully I was able to buy! I recommend this site to anyone!
I purchased PS4 from antonline through eBay and never got my package. I tried to reach them but they never got back to me and just closed my cases. So I lost my money. Please avoid them.
I was able to purchase a PS5 bundle on launch day. Customer service was great when I called to confirm the order and delivery. Delivery was very fast and secure!
Bought a xbox and sent it back after a few days as the xbox wasn't working. They only refunded half of the amount of the xbox and not the full amount.

Got it as described. Got my package 1 day after the intial launch, only concern was the box was pretty damaged but everything inside the shipping box was fine so it works
I am writing this email because ANTOnline assumes I have the product. They use FEDEX to deliver products and require a signature. I was home on day of delivery, but then I get an email from FedEx that no one was home and did not leave the package. So I thought I can just call FedEx to have them hold my package at one of their stores. Simple right? NOPE. FedEx states "Due to shipper restrictions, additional delivery options are not available for this shipment. For more information please contact the shipper." I can't manage the delivery so I can tell them what time to arrive at my home or to please hold it at the office and I will pick it up. So, I contact the shipper and ask them to please allow FedEx to hold the package at one of their locations. The customer representative that answered on 5/30/23 at 12:10pm said there is nothing he can do. He cannot change any information on my order. I explained the problem with FedEx and he repeated he couldnt help. He said, FedEx will try to deliver again the next day and if I still miss the delivery, then the product will be shipped back to ANTOnline and I will receive a refund. WTF. I don't want a refund. I want my package. Yes, I like that it requires a signature for safety concerns. But please allow the customer to manage the delivery from FedEx so we can make other arrangements. I have to go to work. They deliver during work hours and I have no idea when. This is unnecessarily stressful. If only the seller would allow FedEx to manage the delivery. I will not shop here again.
10/10 honestly because of this clutch buy for the ps5. I will come again to this site. Please re work your website. The design of the website causes doubt to the buyer.

I had ever heard of this site. I had a link that they had PS5's available. I ordered it three days before launch day and I received it on launch day. Very impressed.
I ordered the X-BoxS through them and from the reviews I saw online I was a little worried. But my order came complete and in a little over a week! It was a great experience.
I was supposed to receive the PS5 on Nov 12 but because I was out of town, I contacted UPS to deliver the PS5 to their UPS store so I could pick it up when I got back. The delivery kept getting delayed and I was worried it would not arrive but luckily it was delivered 2 days later and I was able to pick it up first thing in the morning the following Monday.
I was unsure when I ordered a Ps4 when it was going to be arrive. I called them and they said by next week. Sure enough, I received a perfect condition ps4 next week.
To ANT's credit they sent me a more expensive drive with a built on heatsink so I had to remove the factory heatsink off my motherboard (not my initial plan)... On the other hand the motherboard purchased from NwEg was non-functioning so at least I'm not dealing with two RMA's!
I paid these scamming $#*!s $169.99 for a 3DS and they sent me a game valued at $39.99. I sent them SEVERAL emails describing the issue and even a note in the box when I returned my package. They're refusing to refund me for an item they never even sent me, so they're only giving me $39.99. AVOID THESE IDIOTS LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I purchased 4 Dell SE2717HR monitors from seller on Walmart.com. Monitors are advertised as 75Hz Refresh Rate, boxes show model SE2717HR, but the display settings show SE2717H/HX with a 60Hz Refresh rate. Seller has not responded to any of my 3 emails requesting clarity and assistance. Returning all 4 opened boxes to Walmart.

I received my 0s5 bundle perfectly only thing was one of the items packaging box got destroyed during shipping no bubble wrap or anything like that to keep it safe
Was skeptical at first because of some reviews but good thing I didn't listen PS5 arrived two days later perfect condition. Great site wild definitely order again.
Antonline was sketch when they announced next-gen preorders; review online were terrible, and I was fully expecting to have an awful experience, especially after the first wave crashed before the site even went live and all the consoles went to bots.
Then, within that first week, I saw people on social media contacting support and being granted the boy preorders which were being cancelled. These people went through every single transaction and cancelled every single bot order, one by one, and then fulfilled as many genuine orders as they could. They did the perfect thing to counteract bots - if you can't prevent them at first, cancel their orders and then try again in a way that is inaccessible to mass scalping. By opening these orders again and *not advertising it*, but instead operating by word-of-mouth and offering a sale to customers who reach out, they did the best out of any retailer.
I'm gonna be honest, I don't know what purpose Antonline will really serve other than console drops. They dropped the PS4, and they obviously survived until 2020, so maybe it's a niche for other people. Regardless, this review is about my PS5 order process, and it was ultimately fantastic. Shipped and arrived for launch day, too.
