Smooth Launch Day Experience
November 25, 2020

On the day of the console's release, I was like most people, trying to get lucky and have an order placed before stock would sell out from most retailers. Fortunately, I was able to place an order with these guys on one of their many restocks during that day. Not only was the checkout extremely easy and crash free, but my order was processed quickly on launch day, which is no easy feat on its own. To make things even more impressive, I received my console on Nov 19, exactly one week after release, whereas if I had ordered anywhere else, my order wouldn't be delivered until the middle of December, if not later. I'm willing to give benefit of the doubt that had it not been for Covid-19 potentially slowing things down, it could have been delivered even faster. The only thing I could possibly pick at, would be that their packaging wasn't as strong as it could have been. There wasn't a whole lot of wrapping in place to keep things secured, and the bundled games were moving around freely within the box. However, nothing was damaged so I can't really complain. Regardless of all that, AntOnline came through for me, and I'm likely to shop with them again.

I will NEVER ever buy anything from this company again! I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle from them and asked if I could change the delivery address since I had moved. They sent me a reply email canceling my order. I immediately replied in all caps to not cancel my order. No response. Several days later I received a refund with no way to put in another PS5 preorder. TRUST ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - this company should be out out of business. I'm also logging a formal complaint about them with Sony. I cannot believe Sony allowed them to be one of the several retailers offering the PS5 preorder.

Purchased a printer from ANTOnline because they offered the best price with current availability. However, was very disappointed upon receiving it to discover that the printer was shipped in the original manufactures box. A proper/considerate method of shipment, would have been to place the manufactures box inside of a heavy duty cardboard box with several inches of packing material on all sides, top and bottom for suitable protection. Not surprisingly, because of the inadequate packaging, I discovered the printer was damaged when setting it up. This required me to initiate a warranty exchange from the manufacturer, who also advised that this printer should have never been shipped in this manner. Thanks to the manufacturer, I now have a new replacement printer which was shipped/handled properly. Yes, I do realize that the extra boxes and packing material would cost a little more, but what's the better scenario - receiving a defective item because of thoughtless packing (and leaving the manufacturer on the hook for a several hundred dollar item); or doing the job properly from the outset and providing the buyer with a positive shopping experience? Needless to say, I'll definitely avoid ANTOnine for any future purchase consideration. I'd prefer to pay a little extra to do business with a more consumer conscience supplier and eliminating the potential hassle of warranty replacements and delays in getting a usable product. As it is, it took just under five weeks to get this resolved and a few phone calls and emails which would have all been completely unnecessary had ANTOnline just done the proper thing from the beginning.

I wish the console didn't come with a bundle. But the lots of stores were doing that. However it was completely unreasonable to include a PS4 game in a PS5 bundle. That was an unfair move.

From PlayStation 5 pre order to delivery

When I first saw that ANTOnline, a company I'd never heard of here in Los Angeles, had PlayStation 5s for pre order, I didn't even care, I wanted one so bad! So I plunked down my hard earned money, and then nothing...

For a couple of hours, money taken from my account, I didn't have much from them. Then finally a confirmation came that admittedly sounded a little sketch, asking us not to contact them about out order, and that that email was all we'd receive. And it was, until Sony delayed a game in the bundle shortly before launch, which prompted them to update everyone, but it also finally provided some comfort in the form of them saying all their pre orders had actual consoles that would ship.

I just got back from living in Japan for 13 years, so my expectations for customer service here have been unfortunately permanently raised, but, they delivered, no pun intended, a week after launch.

Only removing one star because of the lack of contact early on, but, I got the PS5 in the end, issue free.

PS5 box was unsealed

I've never witnessed something like this. The box on my PS5 was unsealed when I opened the shipping box. Why would it have been unsealed?

I purchased products from eBay and when i ordered it, my nightmare was just started.
There is shipping issue, products was returned to them, and they confirmed that they received. So, after that, they should refund my money. I understand that they can charge "Re-stocking fee." But, for 5 months, i didn't receive even $1... and i paid my credit card interest. I called sosososososo many times and send emails sososososososo many time. But, every time they got my message of heard my situation, they just made "Tickets" for us and hang up. Some of agent said "I can't do anything for you now. Just wait. We will call you back within 72 hours," so i wait every time. But, you know what?..."No one called me back!" and when i called them about this issue, they just made "new ticket" and "Sir, if you keep call us, we are not going to do anything"... WTF? And just hang up. Still i didn't receive my money back and amount is $1300 :) They hope that i forgot to call them or wait until i died. When i call ebay, ebay said it's more than 30 days transaction, so i should call the shipper and solve the issue. I knew that This company wait until 30 days from purchase for controlling customer! I have to say that "This company is huge scam" Please avoid!

I tried a dozen times on all the other sites like Walmart Best Buy Sentra to get a PS5 and it was a disaster sites crashed item would be in the car and fries and so on on Black Friday I went on antonline in the morning they had the bundle up and I checked out effortlessly

The process of placing the order was smooth, though my CC processor initially blocked until I gave the OK. Then Antonline took the order, and I got an order number. I never got an indication that it had shipped, though, so after a few days I tried to look it up, and got "information on order not available". I called them a few times, and got no information, and was told to email support. After a few emails to support, I finally got the reply that they had cancelled it because I tried to ship to a PO Box. OK, I re-entered the order, using a UPS store for pickup. I still got no confirmation, and this time they cancelled the order because they decided it looked fraudulent since it was being shipped to a different address than my billing address. It wasn't. It was supposed to be a gift to my fiance.

After that, I gave up on them, and got it from Xotic PCs, no problem. After reading the reviews here, I guess I'm glad I didn't end up getting it from them. If customer service was this awful before the sale, after the sale would only have been worse.

I ordered a Ryzen 9 5900x on release day. The original estimate was that it would ship on 11/13. Instead it shipped on 11/11 and was delivered on 11/17. Hooray!

On October 13 2020 they were going to be doing a preorder at 2PM for the xbox series x and the playstation 5. I was on their website a good 30 minutes before launch time. I was cruising their website the whole time, and then about 3 minutes before launch time they kicked me off the website. It took me another hour just to get back on by that time all the pre-orders were already sold out. After I found out that all the pre-orders were sold I called customer service and proceeded to wait for them to answer finally they answered and they proceeded to tell me that the website was not working when I told them that I am currently on their website and that it was working they proceeded to immediately hang up on me. Now there was no reason for her to hang up on me because I was speaking very politely to them. So I called their customer service back and they proceeded to tell me the same thing that their website was still down and not working and I mention to them again that I am currently on your website and it's working fine so why did I get kicked off 3 minutes before launch time. They had no answer for me. If I could I would give this company a negative five on the review!
