The box didn't have enough material to protect my ps5, it only had a little but of paper on one side of the box. I got lucky my fedex driver didn't damage my package.

I bought a ps4 controller from them supposed to be brand new with warrant, it wasnt and didnt. I used the conyroller for about an hour before i realized it wasnt charging. Paid $40 for it now to honor my "warranty" i have to pay a 30% restocking fee?! So $40+$12 fee thats $52 im would have to pay for now a refurbished controller! $#*! YOU ANTONLINE! Their customer service sucks a fat $#*!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE $#*!ES! I HOPE THEY GO OUTTA BUSINESS!

Offered a bundle for PS5 and was lucky enough to grab it. Unlike most places the bundle was actually a good deal. Received it a couple days after launch day but that's not a big deal.

Computer arrived in poorly packaged parcel, so I refused delivery; now the twerps claim they didn't get the refused parcel. Even though UPS TRACKING clearly shows their receipt of the refused parcel..
Ordered a ps5 from them and one from sams club, my antonline arrived on day of release and was perfectly packed while my sams club took almost a week. Will be ordering from them in the future

I orders Xbox on Walmart.com from ANTOnline. Never opened package, and returned after speaking to AntOnline customer service. They promised a full refund of $219. After returning package (unopened), I received $177. Called customer service and they said they couldn't help me and opened a ticket, but never responded. COMPLETE RIPOFF!
