Product was delayed after order by a few weeks, but good communication always makes that right. I was updated promptly and the packaged arrived quickly after it shipped
Ordering from their site during the preorder madness was pain free and I got through no problem. Their emails were great at keeping me informed on what was going on with my ps5. My only complaint is I ordered a bundle which came with 2 games (originally 3 but the 3rds release date was delayed so they gave me $70 in PSN gift cards, awesome!) And one extra controller. The box was oversized and had no bubble wrap, papper or padding. The ps5 and surprisingly the game cases were not damaged. But my extra controller box was smashed. I didn't notice any damage to the controller. But something like the ps5, which when all boxed up is a 15lb box could have easily done some serious damage with the way it was able to move freely inside the larger shipping box.
I would give them a ZERO instead of 1 star!
Bought plugstrips through NewEgg, but I unfortunately ordered the wrong kind. I requested an RMA. They would NOT give me because the box was opened... How the *^#@! Would I know it would not work unless I opened the box. NO COMPROMISE even after repeated email request and explanations. Even if I would have gotten an RMA, there is a 15% restock fee. READ Policy before buying from any "marketplace seller". This one is scummy
I placed an order with ANTOnline over two weeks ago. The scheduled delivery date for the shipment to arrive came and went. I reached out to their support and received a generic template response about increased shipping times and to please be patient. UPS responded to file a claim to begin an investigation. The investigation was concluded within a few days and a loss claim was approved by UPS with instructions to reach out to ANTOnline for further details about 4 business days after my initial support tickets were raised. I raised another support ticket with ANTOnline with all of the information from UPS and received the exact same template response about increased shipping times. I have reached out multiple times to their customer support line only to be told that customer support can only be handled via the email ticketing system and they are only around to assist in opening tickets and cannot provide any help. So now it is two weeks since my package was supposed to have been delivered and a week and a half since my first ticket with nothing to show for it except $1000 less dollars in my bank account.
Purchased a replacement battery for my APC back-up, paid $84.57 to these CROOKS! Battery was listed with a 1 yr warranty. 10 months later the battery failed. Tried contacting them with all the information they requested through email( they say you must inquire with email)and they never responded back Contacted my bank who issued the CC that I used and they have begun a dispute claim to see if they can get my cash back. READ MY LIPS, DON'T SHOP HERE!

Box was a little beat up with not much padding or cushion for products inside, slightly concerning, but overall the product arrived safely with what was bought

(The only 1 thing I didn't like about my delivery info from UPS tracking) is that they stated "I would've received my order by 9:00pm eastern time end of day but it arrived 5 hours earlier around 4:05pm".
I purchased a GPU Bundle to sell it for profit. The GPU came with its Factory Seal Sliced Open lowering its resale value. I was told it was broken during shipping or that customs may have checked the box for drugs. These were the explanations I was given by Antonline "Customer Service" as to why I was shipped a GPU that not only had damage to the box but had its Factory Seal sliced open. I am 100% convinced that these GPU's are shipped open so that it discourages a return as returning an open item results in a 30% Restock Fee. Also, the GPU Bundles are bundled with a bunch of useless items that are hard to resell at MSRP (like Keyboards, Mice, Power Supplies) as the market is flooded with these items at under cost. At best you will break even buying a GPU bundle if your plan is to sell it but most will lose money. Stay Away from this company and its shady practices!

Was in the market for a good deal on a PS4 after missing out on Black Friday deals. Found the same Spider Man PS4 bundle that everyone was selling for $199 on Black Friday with an extra controller for $249 after using a coupon on Google Express. ANTonline was selling the item through Google Express, so I did some research on them after placing the order and was pretty positive I was going to have a bad experience and maybe never receive the item. To my surprise I got a shipping confirmation the same day and received the item 3 days before it was expected. Everything looks factory sealed and will make a great Christmas gift. I don't know if I just got lucky, but no complaints for me.
I ordered an xbox through the walmart website. After 4 days the tracking information for UPS still hadn't updated. After back and forth converations with UPS, they finally were able to determine that they never received the package from AntOnline. I have called AntOnline 3 times now to get information. Like other posters said, they create a work ticket and all you get is an email. They do not do ANYTHING except send you a generic email that your package has been shipped. Now I am going to have to figure out how to get a refund, which it sounds like will be an absolutely horrible process. DO NOT BUY FROM ANTONLINE!
And shame on Walmart for even allowing them to sell on their site!
The two processor boxes were both damaged they were put in a fedex bag and shipped amd 5800x3d
I can't see any bent pins so I think they didn't get damaged if your going to ship processors put them in a box I think I got lucky but not sure till after christmas
