I preordered the PS5 from Antonline. Their site had difficulty dealing with the massive traffic and I didn't know that my order went through until I saw my debit card being credited. Antonline was quick to respond and had no other problems. My only gripe about this was the box that shipped my PS5 looked like it was a prop for a WWE cage match.

The PS5 is much bigger than the PS4. Their controllers are a lot better than the PS4.

Was able to get both new gaming consoles with no hassle and recieved them on time. Obviously, these are hard to get but once in the cart everything went great! Thanks!

Never heard of this site before and was able to an xbox series x bundle. Order arrived sooner than expected. Very happy with this site. Would recommend for future customers.

Your package WILL be stuck in limbo if you order from this company and happen to have a life. They will REQUIRE that you be at home to sign for the package from UPS without telling you this when you order. If you have a day job, they will perpetually send UPS, when you can't sign off, and then REFUSE to change delivery options at all to allow for pickup at a UPS location or leaving at your door. Customer service had the AUDACITY to tell me I should let UPS fail to deliver it to me a third time, then REORDER from their horrible site to likely have the exact same thing happen. Their "customer policy" doesn't allow for changes to your delivery options AT ALL and they restrict UPS from delivering ANY OTHER WAY on the sender end. I have NEVER heard of a company that does such an absurd thing. Do not order. You will not get your $#*!. And you will lose a lot of time, money, and brain cells.

My experience was smooth and easy. Received my product with no issues at all. I am now part of the AntFarm and I'm incredibly happy and looking forward to purchasing more products from this website.

Ordered a specific laptop from ANTOnline through the Walmart portal link, and two days later they email me saying it's no longer in stock. The item STILL shows in stock on their website and Walmart's website. I called Customer Service and they don't know why it still shows in stock or why I received the email. They claim they refused fulfillment of the order to Walmart but the charge is still on my CC. I had it reported as a fraud charge, ordered but not fulfilled. The CS person said she'd "put a rush on the response". It's now past the time she said they'd respond. Found the exact same item at ABT Electronics and they matched the price, confirmed the order and stock status and got me a shipping confirmation within 10 minutes. THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE ANTOnline... not this monkey business "out of stock" blaming Walmart for your error.

Got the unit in two days, the box arrived in perfect condition. Keyboard, mouse, power cord are all included. I will definitely buy more stuff from them again!
