Antenna Deals

My issue is not the antenna working it's about the refund and being completely unresponsive. Started trying to contact the company 12/12/19 by phone with 5 additional attempts. Email 11 times to sales manager and 8 emails to their returns manager. I have followed all of their instructions which came with their RMA on 1/24/20, was returned by USPS on 2/5/20 and according to tracking number it was received by them on 2/7/20. So almost 2 months later they have my antenna back and have a temporary credit through the credit card company. Their website says they respond in 1-2 hours is a joke.

The antenna is everything it is suppose to be. It was relatively easy to install outside even on a brick house. We get 15 channels and the reception is better on our digital TV's on the standard stations. We very rarely were watching the other cable channels except the Weather Channel.We got it on the internet.

I received the antenna in a USPS Priority Mail box that was open and held together with a rubber band. The antenna inside was broken, there were no instructions in the box and everything was just thrown in. I called customer service, left a message, and got a text back. I replied to the text with my problem and the photo, but then nothing. I replied to an email asking for a 5 star review, and got an email back supposedly from the CEO asking what was wrong, Again I replied with the problem and a photo and got nothing. I eventually followed the website instructions, got an RMA and paid $15 to ship this piece of junk back. So now they have their broken item back, since it was insured when they sent it, they recoup their shipping plus the retail cost of the item, while I meanwhile am out in the cold with no product and only a partial refund, I hope as my credit card statement hasn't come in yet. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this company.

So far I am very happy with this antenna. I wanted something that didn't have to rotate and could pick up all the local channels within a 50-60 mile radius. This antenna did this for us. We had to adjust the antenna a couple of different times to lock in all the channels, which was very easy to do. I can now pick up 18 channels, on 3 tvs and they hardly fade in and out. Clear picture and sound. Great little antenna for the money. I would like the instructions to be better. We hooked up to our existing satelite cables, but did have to replace the splitter for the Lava brand. We found it at our local Radio Shack. Very happy with this purchase.

Replaced my old 1980 skeleton type antenna with the 8008 so I could get back all my local stations that were available, this unit I placed in the attic rather than the roof as the old one, only because for easier access. Its size, weight and installation was easy and took up a fraction of space. Once finding my line of sight and marriage it to the TV
It works very well. I live up in the Adirondack and got most of my stations within the 60 mile range it will reach total of 23 channels. For those of you that think you can take down the dish or call the cable company to cancel, remember Murphy's law.
This antenna is designed to bring in local stations as was my old antenna.
When internet LIVE streaming comes on board soon, then Ill call Direct TV.

Response time to my initial email enquiry was about 30minutes, this is a very fast response time and the job was booked for the next morning Even though Antenna Deals where delayed on another job for 2 hours, I was advised of this. We now have a great reception back, a new antenna and all other cables etc checked and where needed replaced. We were told what the job would cost in the first phone call and that's how it panned out. Very satisfied and would recommend and personally use again.

Easy to order online, arrived in a couple of days, easy to assemble and picks up all our local channels with great reception. Strong enough to pick up channels with antenna still inside house so didn't have to set up outside. Works for us. Highly recommend
