I placed the order and payment through PayPal went smooth right away but this seller never did acknowledge payment and never communicated
Regarding my order and payment they received. I called up multiple times and no one answer their phone system and always prompt you to leave a message which they return the call, I also emailed them multiple times and of course no response. This seller not sure why they still in business. Where did all these good reviews came from, are they made up?
So disappointed…seven days after they got paid…No customer service.

Don't order from them i ordered my antenna 4-28 today is 5-17 no antenna. Called them more than 100 times only a vm and they NEVER CALL BACK i reported them to the BBB PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM

SO NOW I AM OUT (THANK GOD, ONLY $40) MONEY AND HAVE NOTHING. I THINK THEY NOW OFFER "FREE SHIPPING" SO THEY ARE NOT GUILTY OF A FEDERAL OFFENSE OF MAIL FRAUD WHEN THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE EXCEPT A PLEASANT-VOICED FEMALE THAT STATWE THAT "ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (OF WHICH THERE ARE ZERO) ARE BUSY SO LEAVE A MESSAGE" YOU CAN--NO ONE WILL RESPOND. THEY ALSO DO RESPOND TO E-MAILS OR TEXTS. I PLACED MY ORDER 2/8/22 AND NOTHING HAS SHIPPED, NO BACK-ORDER NOTIFICATIION (WHICH IF, GIVEN THE SUPPLY-CHAIN ISSUES, THEY SHOULD ADD TO FURTHER THE SCAM) AND THE ONLY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS "AWAITING ITEM". Ohhhhhhhh! IF ONLY I HAD RESEARCHED BEFORE BUYING.

I bought an antenna from them that looked used in a torn box when I got it. When I tried to contact customer service, I got no response. I tried calling, texting, and email. When I called one time and didn't leave a message, I got a response wanting to know if I wanted to buy something. After several more unsuccessful tries, I went back to Paypal who I used to make the original purchase. Paypal was super and after going thru the Paypal Resolution Process, I got my money back. I would never buy from Antenna Deals again.

Antenna came broken, I called I emailed I texted with no response, warranty my $#*!. Please unless you want to waste your money do not buy this product, got to best buy and get one of there's I should have done that to begin with.

Dont buy from, they sell chinese junk, wont answer any emails, had to file a claim to get my money back, stillwaiting

I purchased an item from this company on the 16th. After the purchase I was suppose to receive the receipt as well as the tracking information for said product. Neither happened. I've contacted this company NUMEROUS times only to be forced to leave a voicemail which goes unanswered. Additionally, when you leave a voicemail, just after you receive a text message stating that you can speak with someone through text. Well, 9 days of un answered texts and unanswered voicemails along with no product being delivered lets me know that this company is a scam. PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR BBB PROFILE... it is clear that I'm not the only one that has had this issue. Unfortunately I feel I will not be the last...

Be very careful before you purchase anything from this company...

I purchased my antenna from them several years ago. Never had a problem with it. The piece that goes into the main tv has a pin that broke the other day. All I want is to reeorder that part. It is controlling two other tvs in the house, so now all three don't work. I have called, left messages, texted, sent emails over the past two days. No response. The customer service line was never answered, just a recording that says they are all busy and leave a message. The part I need is not listed on their accessories page so I need someone to tell me how to get it. I will never buy from them again. If they don't get back to me, I have no other option but to purchase a new antenna. The perfectly good one I have now is useless without that part I need. AArgh!

This company is a total SCAM! Purchased 2 antennas from this company and one was defective. Made many, many calls to no avail to only get a text message saying they would contact us! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! All they do is take your money! Also believe Antennadeals and AntennaSales are the same people. Check the BBB reports and you will find many many complaints against this company. Sure wish we had checked!

I was shipped the wrong antenna. They lie will not contact you regarding your purchase. You have been warned do not deal with this company. Info from better business bureau as follows.
I will inform you that if you return the item AntennaDeals.com is infamous for not paying the return postage and you may be out of pocket for that item. They said to file a dispute with your credit card company.

Ordered an antenna did not receive an order conformation or tracking number. Left a email message. Called their customer service got no answer left voice mail got a text message telling me to text them. What kind of company text to do business. Good lord. Stay away from this company. Then I checked the reviews that were not on their site. Are they proud of their 1 star. I do not want your crappy antenna. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Everything was fine till I returned an antenna that did not work. After they received it they would not call me back. Had to get BBB involved. They said they were going to refund me $124.90 which was more than I needed refunded. They only sent $24.90 to my paypal account, which was less than I needed refunded. Bad company with poor communication. Will never do business with again and will tell everyone to avoid doing business with them.

As I see that just about everyone is having the same problem. As I received my Antenna 2/16/2021 short part & didn't work I returned they received 0n 3/01/2021 have been calling/e-mailing all numbers for 30 days with NO REPLYS or Refund/plus return shipping $21.00. I think that everyone that this has happen to should fill a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas & FTC. As they have been doing this for years. After you buy from them they will BLOCK your number & Name. I have tried on 2 phone with NO REPLYS.
