I can't get response on how to fix lava hd2605 ultra g3 rotor motor stopped working. the unit was purchased from antennadeals. tried again and again for months now. no answer form their antennadeals@gmail.com. shoould just have to replace the motor unit, but i need to be sure. Answer:

Their website claims to ship within 24 hours and deliver within 1 to 3 days. I ordered an antenna and pro install kit on April 18th they didn't even print the shipping label until April 22nd and they didn't hand it off to Fedex until April 26th. That's 8 days there. Then they slow boated it through fedex and the antenna arrived on May 2nd. I still haven't received the pro install kit yet and have been sitting here with walls open waiting to install this for 17 days now. VERY ANGRY!
