Antenna Deals

I bought one of these wondering if it was going to work or not. I got it a couple of days after ordering. I installed it on my outdoor pole, hooked it up to my tv and scanned for channels. It blew me away I live in the middle of rural Kansas and I was able to pick up 10 channels all crystal clear. High definition NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, PBS. I have bought two more since my first purchase. I highly suggest it to everyone. Stop paying for cable, stick the money in your pocket

So easy to install, I'm a 71 year old female and I can say that. Instructions were really easy to follow and understand. It came very well packaged and in good condition. I'm very happy with it. I had some problems that their service department went well over and beyond being helpful in getting resolved. (It was an issue I had at my house and not with the antenna.) I would recommend this antenna to anyone wanting to cut the cable.

Received my antenna and it took about minutes to assemble. Installed the antenna up on the side of the chimney. Ran all the wiring, connected everything and setup the TV. The reception is unreal and ended up getting all the local channels. "WOW" now that's HD. I would highly recommend this antenna to anyone. "Great product". When I cancelled my Satellite TV they tried to convince me that I would not be happy with an Antenna... they were wrong!

Amazing reception! The number of channels and the consistent clarity immediately increased once I had the antenna properly installed. The only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is that the installation instructions were not as clear as they could have been -- I think they were written in the same country the antenna was manufactured! -- which meant it took longer than it should have to get it working properly. If Antenna Deals can fix that, they will have a perfect product (at a bargain price, I might add).

Frustration and anger at what I perceived as poor customer service led to my original review of this company.
I need to give them their due since they did the right thing and refunded me for the antenna. I am returning the antenna to them since it was a good antenna but simply did not work adequately for me but may work for someone else,
I always try to buy from American companies which is why I purchased from them in the first place. Hopefully they will work on improving their Customer Service so that they can become an exemplary company.

AntennaDeals.com deserves even more than five stars! It is definitely a company that exceeds expectations, and I have no reservations in recommending them to everyone. They gave me excellent service and super quick shipment. Installation was very easy, and I'm now picking up crystal clear HD broadcasts from 70 miles and more away, which is crucial when you live in a rural area. What impressed me the most, though, was their after-the-sale follow-ups and support. Many companies would do well to follow their outstanding example!

Absolutely no response to phone calls I made to Antenna Deals other than a "canned" text each time I called over a 3 day period. I wanted to return the antenna for personal reasons and resigned myself to the fact that I would never see a refund. I gave up and personally sold the antenna on-line. Terrible way to conduct business... stay away from them.

I ordered from antennadeals.com. They reversed the address so I never got delivery. The goods were returned to them by USPS. 6 emails before they responded and their response was the equivalent of "tough luck" (but not so nicely phrased). If you are thinking of an antenna then do your homework by searching antennadeals.com reviews before you make your decision and giving them your money.

So there is a follow-up to this story. Antennadeals did finally respond. I was surprised by an email from the owner. She apologized, took responsibility and offered to make

Purchased a Lava HD800 antenna from them. I installed it to replace my broken 40+ year old antenna. After installation I was not able to receive half the channels as before. I moved the antenna and had the same results. Tried to contact customer service for technical support with phone calls, text messages and emails for three weeks. No response just text messages stating that they would respond. Their website makes a lot of claims that they don't follow.
