I could not get antenna to function as advertised. Returned package and with mailing cost I had spent well over $100. USPS tracked the delivery which was made on May 4.
No response from Lava. When I called was given a prerecorded message to leave my message. Today on May 22 I have as yet received no response.

I wonder at the integrity of this company. Do not deal with them! They give Flint, TX a bad name. If I do not hear within 2 weeks I intend to take legal action against Lava. There are so many complaints of malfeasance. They are not worthy of your trust. I will willingly

Absolutely no response to phone calls I made to Antenna Deals other than a "canned" text each time I called over a 3 day period. I wanted to return the antenna for personal reasons and resigned myself to the fact that I would never see a refund. I gave up and personally sold the antenna on-line. Terrible way to conduct business... stay away from them.

Received the HD-2805 outside antenna fast. Instructions were very easy to follow. I put the antenna on a 10 ft pole beside my shed. The antenna worked fine and received channels from stations over 100 miles from transmitter. Picture quality was great, even better than with HD cable. I decided to move the antenna; and in the process it fell out of my hands falling to the ground breaking the antenna in pieces. Contacted the company thinking I would have to buy new parts. They sent me a free replacement unit with no questions asked. They definitely honor their warranty. The only drawback of the antenna is it would be great if you had more control of the speed of the rotor. Once it is set that isn't a big deal.

Purchased this for use at a remote hunting camp in the north wood. Was receiving some stations using a window antenna with amplifier, but very inconsistent. This antenna worked immediately with easy installation as advertised. Has held the signal, and increased our stations input to all 12 stations available in our area. I broke off a fitting in error, during installation, and after emailing the people supplying this( Antenna Deals), received an immediate response and problem solved by their efficient replacement at no cost to me. Cannot say enough good things about the great price, the product and the customer care team. Excellent!

Lava HD-468 antenna arrived two days in perfect condition after I placed the order. I am using a splitter to send signals to two TVs with excellent results; both picture and closed-captions are very clear when the antenna is properly aligned with where the signals are broadcast from. The seller has been very responsive to my emails - often within minutes of my sending them. As for the product itself, it could do without the bright LED indicators that light up the whole room.

First, I want to say thank you, item packed well, so it was received in good condition. Instructions were clear, all pieces needed were included. It was easy to assemble and install. This antenna captured 37 channels with consistent connection, unlike the inside antenna from another manufacturer only picked up 2 consistently. Thank You for developing this. I have already recommended this to a friend, would recommend to anyone. I understand the reasons it might not work the same for all locations, but for me it worked out much better than I expected.

This is a great product! First, it arrived in pristine condition, very well-packaged to prevent damage. The antenna is solidly built and the installation instructions were complete and easy to follow. After installation, I scanned for channels, picking up 31 channels, approximately 55 miles from downtown Washington, DC. All the major networks received in 1080 HD and many secondary channels in 720 or 480. And that's without any fine-tuning of the antenna's direction - I simply pointed the antenna east in the general direction of Washington. I suspect I'll either pick up a few more or the same in better definition. Customer service is also extremely responsive.

We live in a rural area and in the past only received six channels. We have tried countless antennas and nothing changed. After receiving the Omni directional antenna we now receive 25 channels. We even get channels from Oklahoma City and that's 160 miles from us! We had a bad hail storm yesterday and the signal never once went out. Thank you for making a affordable product that truly works. I will recommend this antenna to anyone.
