My first impression was that the two of the best antennas were immediately available to look at with out having to dig through the website. As soon as the site was called up, my friend who introduced to to the antenna was able to pinpoint me to what he is already using. Very impressive, and in very few clicks, I was reading customer reviews on the product itself.

Everything was laid out in a manner that is intuitive and easy to follow.

To me what sealed the deal is the banner which read "God Bless". Well, God bless you too and thank you for a very fast and pleasant shopping experience.

As I see that just about everyone is having the same problem. As I received my Antenna 2/16/2021 short part & didn't work I returned they received 0n 3/01/2021 have been calling/e-mailing all numbers for 30 days with NO REPLYS or Refund/plus return shipping $21.00. I think that everyone that this has happen to should fill a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas & FTC. As they have been doing this for years. After you buy from them they will BLOCK your number & Name. I have tried on 2 phone with NO REPLYS.

We are very pleased with this product and have recommended it to nearly a dozen friends and family members. From the customer service helping decide what was right for us, to the speed delivery, low price, ease of installation and use, to the fact we get nearly 40 channels free--all were great. We are looking forward to calling TWC and disconnecting so we can start saving thousands of dollars that we can put to much better use!

I purchased a HD 8008 antenna to replace a lower powered antenna that picked up 8 channels. Could not pick up any channels. Tried calling, could not get anyone, did not return the calls. Filed a claim with BBB. They contacted me, said they had contacted the company and was told they would refund my money. I sent the antenna back. Cost me another $18 shipping. Never heard from them. No Refund. They are a bunch of crooks. Don't waste your money ordering from them.

Bought the antenna for northern Wisconsin, when I received it I put it half way together, laying on my floor in my living room, I picked up 72 stations. I had one somewhat like it but it was destroyed when a tree fell across my deck. Looking forward to installing this antenna in the spring.

Ordered a small indoor antenna. I arrived in three days. Could not get it to work properly. Made six phone calls for technical support. No one ever returned the calls. Requested a return and they granted it saying in their letter to return it to lava electronics in Ontario California. I sent it there and they claimed I was supposed to send it to Texas. The letter clearly states to send it to Ontario California. Still waiting on a refund. I call antennadeals and no one returns calls. You can only leave a message in an automated system sends you a text message. I even responded to the text message and heard nothing back. Horrible company to deal with. They are tied into lava electronics in Ontario California, but live electronics won't claim any responsibility for what antennadeals does. It seems to be a game they are playing. They are expecting people will get tired of pursuing them. Highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.

I am remolding my bathroom so the vanity is in the family room. I took the antenna out of the box assembled it in 5 minutes or so. Placed the mounting pole into the drain hole on the vanity sink, ran cable to box, plugged box in, tested motor -- rotated 360 worked terrifically. And finally re scanned my TV to 59 crystal clear channels, mind you it was still sitting in the sink. Purchased another antenna last month and could not get channels in no matter what part of the house I moved that antenna to. The Antenna Deals, is the real deal and great value, as well as very easy to set up and test. It does not get any easier than this. 2 Thumbs up.

I bought a Lava converter from them recently for very, very cheap. While it's no Tivo it's something anyone who ever had a VCR will figure out how to use. So I'm happy that I can record my shows and have spent less that it would take for me to take my family to the movies.
Also, when I submitted the order, the address was automatically corrected to some old address I had when I first opened Paypal and had moved away from, years ago. I contacted them through Email and had another sent to my current address.

Ordered HD8008 Omni- directional antenna. This being our 4th antenna, we were just about to throw in the towel. Tried the most expensive, tried doubling antennas, tried with splitters & without & been fighting this battle to watch free TV since we cut the cord almost a year ago. We have fought lost signals, no signals, no channels, & bad weather. But I think our battle is over with the HD8008. After a rough install due on our part, we installed the antenna by itself with no splitter & walla! It's working & we are thrilled. Yes, we live behind God's back!

I originally gave Antenna deals a five star review. Part of that review is still true. We did receive it quickly and it did work well until after we'd only had it a few months it quit working. I tried calling repeatedly and received no answer. I also emailed several times and received no answer until. I wrote another bad review stating the above that I could not get into contact with anyone from Antennadeals.com I was then contacted via email by the owner. This email said that he would take care of the problem and replace the antenna that was still under warranty at that time but I first had to remove my negative review before he would solve the problem. I did not remove it, but was unable to find the new review. What does that tell you about this business! Beware!
