August 2020, I ordered several blouses from Annie Cloth. They were poorly made, had lots of extra thread, and fit poorly. I asked for instructions for my return. They tried to get me to keep the clothes for a discount. I refused (what good are poorly made clothes?). August 28,2020 I took the package to UPS using their instructions. Today, March 18,2021, the package of Annie Cloth clothing was returned to me with no explanation.

On February 2 I ordered three printed shirts I received the shirts within two weeks. I usually wear a size 16/18 but I like my clothes a little big I don't wear them tight. So I ordered size 3X. The clothes were all tight across my breasts. I have been trying to return these three shirts and I cannot get a hold of any one despite repeated attempts. Order #HBOBB******* 2-11-21

My new jacket arrived, I loved receiving it and it is pure love at first sight, it is super soft and very warm, its size is unique, since it does not have buttons and pleats, it adapts to all bodies, and then the combination of white and gray, it's super cute. I do not know if this year they will be very fashionable but I do not care, it is worth buying.

I tried to add a review on their site after I was unhappy with a purchase and it would not let me. This leads me to believe that most of the reviews are false. Especially since most are five stars. My review would have been a three star. Why? A. The blouses I purchase were indeed pretty, but the sizes were all off. I normally wear a large and ordered XL just be sure and they were way to small. One of the items looked like a child's large. I was also going to give a three star because I liked the material and the colors were vibrant, but was going to warn consumers that sizing was not right. I now give them one star for two reason. One they will not let me do a review (very suspicious). 2. The return policy is awful. They don't let you just trade for a larger size. You can take a refund, but have to ship it back to China which incurs an international mailing expensive that makes it impractical to send back. (plus months to get a refund). They then offer you a 15% refund so you have the clothes altered instead of return them, which to me means that they are giving you an additional discount on the clothes because they are of no use to you. I don't care for a company that does business like this, and will not do business with them again. I will in the future read return policies more carefully before buying from a company.

I loved the clothes from this boutique on the web, definitely recommended, in my opinion they are much more reliable than other places or physical stores.

The clothes are the best and there is a wide variety of clothes to choose from. There are great deals and great free items. Although there are some garments that are small as they are based on the average body shape.

I'm pretty sure all the good reviews are fake because this store is not reliable, the actual products do not at all match the picture and the sizing is not consistent either, they won't refund you due to their final sale policy, despite the product being obviously defected

Perfect website to buy clothes that you cannot find in my home country, the prices are mostly affordable and most of the clothes available on this site are a must.

I ordered several shirts and a beanie from them. Most of the material is cotton polyester blend even though the website said cotton. I liked the sweater I ordered and it looked like it did in the picture. Some of the other items do not. One shirt was supposed to have a scalloped neckline and hem. It looked really cute in the picture on the website. It also looked more fitted. The shirt I received was straight cut and did not have any scalloping. That changed the whole look of the shirt. Not so cute. I also ordered a beanie from the website. The beanie had granny squares around the brim and different colors from dark to light from the brim to the top. What I received was a brown and green beanie with a snow flake design around it. It didn't look anything like what I ordered. I contacted customer service to see if they would send me the one that was pictured. After 15 emails, I finally gave up. They told me they didn't send the wrong hat it was within the normal color range. And I could not return it because it was a final sale item. They were not helpful. I will never order from them again.
