Received 2 of the 3 items ordered, very pleased with one top returning the other, just not to my liking

Knowing the styles I was looking for on this website made it easier, as well as scrolling through similar elements that matched the style. All clothes available. The quality of wear is extremely reliable to last.

Customer service is not as I expected.
Returning and exchanging merchandise should not be so difficult
I really wanted the merchandise but the sizing is off.

Never received the cute earrings as a free gift for ordering $90.00 of clothing, was told to nevermind this cause they were a free gift, which prompted me to buy from them in the first place. They should have resent the earrings, out of appreciation for ordering as many items that I did. Beware... clothing is not as pictured, sizes are not true, some material is very cheap, I didn't return anything knowing that a refund would probably never occur. Will NOT do business with a company that doesn't put the customer first... SHAME!

I've been ordering from them for a long time and not only do I get my package on time or earlier, but the customer service is easy and fabulous. Their size charts are very accurate and all the clothes are well made and last long. My only comment (which is not bad just to keep in mind) but if it says "super low cut" it is VERY low cut haha! Buy here, you won't regret it

Confusing with the free shipping based on final sales and the gifts thing is confusing.

I love the clothes here! They are super comfortable, true to size and easy to wash. It is definitely worth the money. Slowly replacing my other favorite web pages!

Great customer service at this online boutique, very responsive and attentive, the order I made for delivery was fast since I didn't have to wait too long, I really liked the jumpsuit I bought.

The fabric is sleazy. I was hoping for a nice cotton but it's rather shiny and seems cheap. Prints are "blurry" and look better from a distance. If I had seen them in person I would not have purchased them.

Materials are not as described. No customer service. No phone number to contact customer service. Email replied by robot. Robot replied with standard message only. Requested return label. Robot did not respond to my response.

Both shirts arrived within reasonable time. Both were sized XL however the difference was significant. One fit and the second was perhaps only a Large.

Am used to Amazon and I shop with prime, so I get stuff next day. Was very disappointed that I couldn't pay for faster shipping. It was an important event for my granddaughter and she needed it faster.

I was very satisfied with the clothes but I was charged for a shirt I didn't receive.
The email I was sent said it was either out of stock or discontinued.
I was not refunded the money.

I am always very satisfied with the quality of the products in this online boutique. They are comfortable and last for years. I will not buy any other brand of clothing on the web Fantastic variety of styles and colors!

I thought the t-shirt was so cute because of the cut of the bottom, but the one I received is different than the picture. The fabric is also some kind of synthetic nylon and I thought it would be polyester or cotton. I also ordered some shoes and they look a little different than the ones pictured. The ones I received have a large white sole on them which I didn't see in the picture. I will be returning both.

I bought several blouses last year for my family around the same time, more exactly for the clan of grandmothers. I bought them online. One of my aunts, who has gathered our ancestors, was amazed and loves them. This year I got another design that I am sure you will love.

Very good except for your CONSTANT pop up window to accept mailings from your company While shopping and browsing. It covers my cell screen. Frustrating!

The blouse is not cotton and looks completely different in person. I am giving it to charity. I do not understand how the shoes can be described as having arch support when they are completely flat. They are okay... I would have liked them a bit longer. I should know better than to order from companies like this. The only plus is that the delivery was quicker than I expected. I will not order again from this company.
