Okay given it was from a Facebook ad that was a surprise

I signed up so that I could get a 10% discount, but it was never applied and I had no way of applying it. Also, so many online stores have free shipping and free returns, so that was disappointing. If the item doesn't fit correctly, will I will need to pay to return it? I have now received all three items. They are of very poor quality, but I don't want to be out more money by returning them. If there were free returns, I would return all three. The tee shirts have the rubbery decals. I'll only buy from companies that offer free returns.

Lovely website. Beautiful bags, purses, dresses, blouses and lots of little jewelry for all the girls. Sale items too. Worth it.

Last ordered was messed up, still dealing with that one, but thought I would give them a second chance.
I received the dresses I ordered, thought they were going to be tee shirt material, but they were made of something else. I also ordered XXXL, but they seem to be XL not XXXL.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED WITH THIS COMPANY. IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO DELIVER ONE BLOUSE.IT WAS THE WRONG BLOUSE WITH A RAGGED HEM WITH STRINGS HANGING FROM IT. WHO WEARS SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I SENT THE A PICTURES AND THEY TOLD ME I COULD NOT RETURN IT. ALSO THE SECOND BLOUSE NEVER CAME AND THEY NEVER ADDRESSED THAT ISSUE. PLEASE DON; T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. PHL RESIDENT

Easy checkout with PayPal. Not much information about shipping method until checkout though.

I ordered several items after checking what appeared to be mostly decent reviews. The dress I ordered turned out to be very thin material but it was pretty and for summer, it would work. Hopefully, it won't disintegrate when washed. The map shirt was cute and almost fit but the sleeves were very tight. Again, flimsy material so I figured I would try and exchange it. While my items were mailed from CA, only exchanges could be done through China. Considering shipping and customs fees, it would be more than the blouse. I accepted the 15% refund and will probably just donate it. I can only wonder about the integrity of the reviews. I have learned my lesson. You get what you pay for!

I saw a lot of negative reviews. I almost wonder if they were published by the competition, since the boots I ordered from him on this website were new and perfect. From what I can tell, the box arrived sealed, shipment was as promised and on time.

Overall I am pleased. However, browsing the site is frustrating because you repeat the same items over and over again. Also, the sizing is not constant. I ordered the same top in different patterns. One was true to size and one was too small. The fact that I would have had to pay for the return shipping kept me from doing so. I'll just give it to a smaller friend. I probably won't shop here again though.

I ordered 6 different clothes in this online boutique. They all got to my house pretty quickly, I loved everything!

Just some minor problem with website
The material was not like I expected and one of the items was not the item I ordered.

Can't find a better website than this, they gave me a 40% discount on my first order and the delivery is only 2 weeks, I am so satisfied with the clothes I bought here! They are of high quality! It was a fantastic experience!

Nice selection of different styles of clothing, reasonable prices. The items ordered were different than the appearance on the website, but still nice for the cost.

I've tried 3 times to post this. Ordered two blouses on April 30. One delivered two weeks later and V neck below my bra. I chatted with a Rep. Who apologized but no suggestion of exchange or refund. Went on vacation and upon return the second blouse arrived at post office. It was extremely small. Contacted Customer support via email and was told too late to return because ut was after 15 day return policy. After stating I would write a negative review I receive another email stating they would extend the return for another two days, which was already expired by the time they responded. They should have refunded ALL my money for such slow service and poor quality merchandise. Save yiur money.

I really love it, and after family and friends saw the clothes that I buy here and asked me where, they all started shopping on this website, unlike other sites we have tried, as I described it is real, you get what you ask for, all the details, some exceptions may occur, but they are still much better than most other online stores. I would like to thank you for responding and suggesting solutions whenever there is a question.

This was a terrible experience and this company definitely has a problem with advertising things they don't even have. I bought my mother in law some shoes she really wanted and was expecting them in a few weeks the most. I tried giving grace but I didn't receive any information on the product I bought and it had been over a month. I contacted them and they said " We are so sorry. Thank you very much for your patience to wait. Sorry that we are still preparing your ANNIECLOTH order." Now it's been even longer and I contacted them and they hit me with " We regret to inform you that this product is out of stock." Terrible customer service, if I never reached, where they just planing on keeping my money. Not only that but they emailed me saying they are out of stock but why I looked today and they still have the product on there website? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Want to return items - retn process harder than with shopping networks - havent done yet.

I needed help to change the address on my order, they kindly helped me by taking all the necessary steps. Great help from this website with beautiful clothes!

Really quick and easy
It took a long time to receive my order. I loved one top which was exactly as expected but the other 2 items were not the measurements listed.

The quality of the clothes here is excellent and the prices incredible. Customer service is excellent too. They really care about their customers.
