I checked the size chart before ordering my dresses. Just to be safe, i ordered two sizes. When they came neither fit. I requested a return and was informed that the return has to go back to China and the consumer is responsible for the shipping and it could take up to a month for the return to be processed. I received my order June 2021. I didn't care for the quality of the items. Sent email asking for return instructions. I was informed that I had to ship to Guangzhou, China. They did offer to refund me a less then half of what I paid. Because I was so frustrated with their business practices I did attempt to ship back to China. The tracking information stated item was held in customs for a month. When it was final release for deliver, the tracking number state couldn't deliver because it wasn't safe. No idea what that meant. This message was recorded 3 times. I received the package back February 2022!

Yes. Actually I think your clothing are adorable. I'm placing a second order before I even receive my first order. My concern is your notice of: spend $119 and get free shipping. I had to add more items to get free shipping. Thank you for using Klarna, whom I love, but when I have to spend so much more for free shipping, my monthly payments are higher than expected. Of course, I know I can get less and pay the shipping but, my gosh lol, your shipping cost are outrageous. Based on this reason, I give fewer stars. I increased to three because I really love your style. You know what, I'll increase your rating till five stars but please don't disregard this comment.

Nice to be able to shop online. I took my time browsing until I had to stop shopping because I could have gone over my budget.

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
