The sweater and top I ordered from this company looked nothing like the pictures and were made out of some cheap material! The sweater was particularly horrible and stiff! Just plain ugly. They replied that I would be responsible for all shipping back to China and any custom and other charges that occurred. They recommended a 15% refund to get alterations to the clothing rather than a refund BUT that doesn't fix cheap and ugly! My purchase will go in the trash because I don't even feel good about donating it anywhere! See photo!

Don't think using PAYPAL to help you with a very bad order will help you. They side for Annie's. I thought I was buying from an American company. Then I saw my statement, The statement said China and another company. I thought at first someone used my PALPAL account as I don't order clothes from China and not the company listed, which was not Annie's. Not only that, PAYPAL will bill you before you receive the clothes. If you receive a partial order, PAYPAL will not refund you and the company at most will offer you 1/2 your money back. If the clothes don't fit, you are stuck with them unless you want to pay a lot of postage to return them to China. But if you return items, even with tracking, and do not use their label, they refuse the shipment and say they did not get your package and say we owe you nothing. That package will be in an unknown location forever. Look at Trust Pilot's rating cite, 96% are 1's the lowest reading. Then read the 5's, 4's and 3"s, most shouldn't be there as they are questions from possible buyers or they are bad bad reviews. Ask before you buy, especially for the size as China sizes are not US sizes. Then order 1-2 up from that. Don't ask if they are US, as they will lie to you. No where in their website do they say these clothes and items are from China and may be made in sweat shops, another reasons I don't buy clothes from China. However, if you want to make a donation of money to China with nothing in return, fill your cyber cart to the max. This is what you are doing when you buy something from Annie's.

OK so I ordered jeans and a black dress the items are cheaply made in china. They took over 3 weeks to get here the items look nothing like the pictures the black dress was see through terrible material it was nothing like the picture. I have been emailing to tell me where to return this crap. I get a reply telling me the return policy which says do not send until it is approved. I have no idea where to return this. DO NOT ORDER from them terrible

Ordered a pair of shoes, to big. No invoice in the packaging, so I sent an e-mail explained I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. But need their address.
I get a standard cover letter back, with nothing to help me, not even a phone number. So I write another e-mail, again, re explaining. I just need your address to return a product. 3 times this happened, except the last one suggested I take the item in to be altered. THEIR SHOES!

It to late for me, im so frustrated. But be warned, Annie Cloth is the worst online experience ive ever had.

Horrible! The clothing looks NOTHING like what is pictured online. The material is low budget, the fit is off and to top it off, although they claim to have a return policy, the reality is that when you follow their instruction they ignore you. I finally put in a claim at Paypal and they agreed to give me a refund, but I was instructed to return the goods to CHINA. The cost is prohibitive - more than the refund woluld be! I will be very careful from here on in when ordering online, and wish I had taken the time to read some of these reviews.

I ordered several items from Annie Cloth. It took 4 weeks for the items to arrive because they are shipped from CHINA. All three items were very cheap and did NOT look like pictures on Annie Cloth website. I emailed requested to return items that were inferior. Annie Cloth replied they would refund me 5% if I kept the items. If I wanted to return I had to ship back to CHINA and pay the shipping and import tax costs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANNIE CLOTH you will be throwing your money away... clothes are horrible! AND YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS FOR A REFUND IF YOU DONT LIKE THEM OR THEY DONT FIT!
