Horrible products. They make their clothes look amazing online. And, you think it is inexpensive enough, right? But the $. 79 that it cost them to make your $30 item is nothing but a win for them, because now you have a crappy product that will cost you to send it back. That's if it can even get through customs. I say, double the money you would have spent and go buy yourself something nice. Take a look at the beautiful scarf I ordered. I wish I had seen the reviews before I got suckered. It's true. Annie Cloth is a scam. I saw these reviews immediately after I placed my order and therefore turned right around and cancelled my order immediately, within 9 minutes. Their refund policy states they will provide a full refund if items have not shipped and if cancelled within 24 hours but this is not true. They won't refund my money and sent me the item anyway. It's hideous. Seriously, it's a joke. Do not fall for this scam.

How I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying from this ripoff of a company. 1) Most of the (several) items I ordered were colors not at all close to those described: "Khaki" was a pale yellow in one case, a chocolate brown in another. "Army green" was a pale mint. 2) Sizes were not consistent and not as the provided size charts stated. And here's the real kicker: 3) I received items in separate packages arriving over the course of nearly 4 weeks. And they hold fast to a return policy of 15 days after RECEIPT OF EACH ITEM. So I was expected to return items separately at significantly greater cost.And while I can't verify this -- I never got this far in the process -- I understand you're expected to return items to China, not to their fake US address. A scam and a ripoff.

Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
