Alas, I was sucked into the beautiful designs on this website. I purchased three items, two of them came 6 weeks later, completely different than pictures. The fabric is cheesey, the colors are wrong, and the style is not what I ordered. When I requested a refund, customer service offered to refund 10% of my purchase if I'd keep the items. I said I will accept no less than 50%, they said OK, and then refunded $6! The 3rd item has still not arrived... it' about 3 months since my purchase. I am sorry to add to the poor reviews here, but don't want you to waste your time and money. Doesn't even deserve one star.
I was scammed out of $29 plus shipping for a coat that was nothing but badlyh printed, cheap, thin nylon. Nothing like what it looks like on the website. And furthermore, they offered me compensation since it wouldn't fit a small child let alone an adult woman of UNDER $4 with the threat that I had to respond with 72 hours or they'd "close my case." I will be trying to get american express involved, but this is a total scam. The products look amazing and the prices are cheap, but you are going to get what you pay for --NOTHING but trouble

Poor sizing, poorest quality fabric, Two sweaters were 11 inch difference in same size, I laundered the sweater and it shrunk, ordered one blue and one purple, received 2 blue, then yesterday I received the last item, not as advertised in picture and a cheap rag quality t-shirt fabric. Order # AC*******. Now when I went back to my account is no longer valid. Amazing! Order placed 10-16-19, Last item shipped 11-14, rec'd 12-3-19. Absolute Junk
They do not respond after you complain the first time.

Gorgeous quality product. This scarf is wonderful as it complements my spring outfits very well! Shipping was also extremely quick, which I did not expect. I will most definitely repurchase in the future!
Worst place to order from... products are not what they are in pictures. Those are pictures they have scanned from who knows where. I placed an order and got things one at a time, when I received it was not what I had ordered. Some items were not available so I was giving a refund and one item I never received and I am still trying to get a refund for that for 3 months.

I ordered a "sweater", and got a cheap t-shirt instead. Sad since I truly hoped the online reviews were not true. Well, I guess it was my own fault, since I kinda guessed this will be a Chinese scam company...

I filed an official complaint against them through my credit card and through the Federal Trade Commission. My credit card refunded me the money. Annie Cloth has been INUNDATING my email with ads but my spam is catching them all. Whenever I delete my junk mail, there are multiple emails per day from Annie Cloth ads.

They continue to up the percentage of refund they will give me. They started at 15%, went up to 25% and now they are at 30%.
I know I'm not going to get my money back at this point - around $60 for the whole order. My mission is to alert other buyers to their scam. So this is an update to a previous review I left. I ordered a sweater from them and they sent me a pajama top. I have exchanged a few emails with them asking them to refund me. They say that I have to pay to ship the item back to them and then they will refund me. But shipping costs to China are super expensive. They also gave me another option: Don't ship the item back and they will refund me 15% of what I paid for it. After I told them I would not pay shipping for an error their company has made and that I expected a full refund, they said they would refund me 25% of what I paid. I also have noticed that the positive reviews left here are most likely part of their scam. When I google Annie Cloth, a FaceBook company also comes up: FARYSAYS. I checked that company out and they use the same images to advertise their clothing. Additionally, I am going to file a dispute complaint against them through my credit card. If you have been scammed by them, do all you can to alert others. Let's shut this company down.
I bought this scarf as the unique design attracted me very much. I was anxious to receive it and when the package arrived I was very pleased. The scarf was exactly as I expected. Beautiful, high quality design and lovely wrapped. It was a nice experience to shop from you. I will come back!...
The items are made out of cheap materials. And sizing is off. After several emails to return the items, I got an return invoice. I went to UPS and it would cost $130 to send back to China. The company's other offer was to refund me 25% of the total price I paid. So, that's what I went with. Now, I have these ugly, cheap items which I guess I'll take to Goodwill. A lesson learned, do not order items out of the country!

Item I ordered was a black heavy knit 6" turtleneck what I got was a light weight 2"turtleneck THIN THIN sweater equal to T-shirt weight This site is a fraud FAKE THey show pictures and send something else. I do not care if I lose money shipping sweater back I want my money back from these theives.

Just today I was told, after many attempts to contact AnnievCloth, that there was no US address for returns, and I would have to pay the return postage to China.
It took weeks to receive their packages, but they would only accept returns that were not older than 15 days.
I had notified the Company in advance that everything I purchased would be returned, needed an address, and would ship them back all together. They would only accept one return.
I'm now out more than $130 but will have this situation reviewed by my Credit Card Company. I'm reporting it as a SCAM.

Don't waste your money! These products are made of the cheapest printed materials that one can imagine and look like costumes for a low budget play. The products look nothing like the ads. Don't be fooled by the company name, which is designed to sound like an American company, nor by their website which seems more-or-less legit. I should have checked first!

First of all it took me almost two months to get my items. I bought two pairs of moccasin type shoes. The shoes I got and the shoes in the picture don't even slightly resemble each other. The construction is so poor that I don't believe they will even be wearable. I thought I had read their reviews they were all five stars but then I noticed they were being left by only non-speaking non-writing English persons. Please save your money they're selling garbage.

Please do not waste your money. I ordered 5 items from this mail order scam. I gave good money for costume quality junk. GRRRR I still have not received 2 of the 5 items. It is nothing like what is being advertised. JUNK JUNK JUNK

Be warned! The merchandise received is nothing like the website picture! It is a very cheap, made in China, rendition. Impossible to return because the shipping is exorbitant; hundreds of $$$.

I ordered three things over six weeks ago. One piece came in the mail two days ago. It is the flimsiest, cheapest thing I have ever bought. I believe they are just a middle man for China. They do a great job marketing their products to make them looks nice. THEY ARE NOT. Save your money and time. Total rip-off

I was a little skeptical from ordering at first. You see cheap prices and you think cheap clothing. Well I was wrong, I have ordered 3 times now because the quality of these items are amazing and the price well you cant beat it anywhere. Tracking the order can be a little difficult but you send them a ticket and they get back to you so quickly and let you be at ease that your order is on the way. Great website overall. Great prices for amazing quality!
When purchasing a product at a cheaper value, you always risk the chance of cheaper fabric / quality. Every item that I received was surprisingly well-made and of great quality. Everything fit extremely well and was true to size. Everything was also very well priced considering I had bought five items for around $ 80. I would highly recommend to anyway looking for a good deal!
Ordered a green and white sweater and received a very cheap, the dollar store item would have been better, wi9 nev6 never never order from them again. The worse online clothing I ever saw!
