Absolutely horrific experience from purchase to refused refund. I purchased a sweater for my wife, as a Christmas gift. Three weeks before the holiday, I was assured on time delivery. The sweater ( inferior quality and the wrong size) arrived a week late. I contacted "customer service" and was shocked to learn their no return shipping cost policy. Despite their mistake in order and the late arrival date, they refused to budge. Despite the outrageous return shipping costs to China ( exceeded the value of the sweater), I decided I had to pursue a return, on principle. TWO MONTHS later, and countless email correspondences with staff with little to no knowledge of English, I finally learned they "did not receive the package", despite postal service tracking to the contrary. They decided, without my permission, to send me another item, which I will refuse. Throughout this frustrating experience with this deplorably unprofessional company, their "representatives" displayed a total lack of English fluency, with "replies" filled with platitudes such as "thank you for your inquiry, we will do our best to resolve your issue", followed by many grammatical and spelling errors, as well as sentences that made no sense.

The items that arrived were cheap in materials and construction. One is going directly to Goodwill. It will probably become a rag because the material is rough polyester with an iron on that looks like plastic wrap. I thought of returning everything but after waiting 2 months for things to arrive and then 3 days to get a reply about returns it seems best to eat the loss.

I made an online order, my money was immediately taken, but I have not even received an email to confirm my order was placed. I sent an email to the address they are sending in their responses to these reviews - and like many unsatisfied customers have said, nobody even responds to the emails.
I don't have an order number and have no idea if this site is a complete scam and the clothes don't even exist. I am so mad at myself for not researching this shoddy company before ordering and i was also fooled by the fact PAYPAL are associated with this company.

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
