Yes, I find your shipping fees way too high. $100 to get free shipping isn't doing it for me.
I got the Boho Turquoise Necklace and it was broken, one of the jump rings was missing and not inside the packing, so it was broken when they placed it in the packing and didn't check to see if it was ok or didn't care it was broken. It didn't look like the picture on their sales page. The stones looked like opal stones and turquoise stones on their sales page but the opal ones where just a clear plastic. I looked for where to contact them to return the Boho Turquoise Necklace but there wasn't a phone number on the packing and papers and their returns and refunds policy said you can't if it's broken. When I checked other peoples comments on this they said they had problems with returning their items and couldn't contact them. I called the phone number they used for the sales advertisements on my text messages and got a number that doesn't exist, that it's self made me worried they're not honest. I tried to text them about the Boho Turquoise Necklace being broken on one of the text messages they send me but they ignored me and within minutes just sent another sales advertisement and I've still not got a reply from them, I even emailed them about it and got no reply but still just get sales advertisements. I now just delete what they send on their sales advertisements and I won't ever trust them enough to buy anymore items since they don't show they really care what they did and only wanted my money. I also got the Zircon Pearl Diamond Ear Cuffs, which was very pretty, wasn't broken and looked like their sale advertisements but I couldn't figure out how to put it on my ear like they show in the advertisement. I even had my sister and niece try to figure it out and they couldn't either. I didn't even get instructions on how to wear it.

Very disappointed! The cardigan in the photo has different colors than the one that I received! I liked the one in the photo. This one has a predominant amount of pumpkin orange in it, a color I would have never ordered. So now I do not trust you photos. Also, you added on shipping and tax after I purchased. Great experience for the first time I find you in my computer and start taking a look at your products. It was amazing
I have used Annie Cloth often and pleased with the ease of ordering, the payment methods and the quick delivery.
Pretty easy but I can never use the discounts they supposedly give you. Also I had bought 2 leisure women's outfits and they fell apart after one washing, I spoke to customer service and they did nothing. Very frustrating was not going to do business with them anymore but said one mor time. Didn't was the article yet we will see.
It became frustrating when I looked at an item and the went back to the list it made me start at the top of the list every time.

It became frustrating when I looked at an item and the went back to the list it made me start at the top of the list every time.
It wouldn't let me use the coupon code offered when I 1st looked at this item, or a 50% discount that flashed on the screen.had to write them mult times!
When it FINALLY arrived, after too long a wait, w no way to track it, (I had to write them mult times more), then the dress was NOT as described.it was most definitely NOT a mini dress (way below my knees)! & looked awful!.
In trying to return it, they were offering me a discount on any other item I might want later instead, then there was a confusing way to get a return label!
They said I was responsible for shipping cost which when I went to UPS, it was going to cost me over $24 to return it.the dress itself was only $17.
So it was a real rip off.I'm giving the dress to the homeless & consider this a total loss.what a hassle!
They take no responsibility for something they described so badly, (also, buttons on top were fake, so you can't open them).
So payed shipping to get it plus a rediculous cost to return it.
I do NOT recommend them & I'll never use them again!
