Tried ordering two items from them and failed bothtimes. Reordered the same two plus one more and site failed again. Sent them email requesting them to cancel the three orders as there is no place on their site to CANCEL an order. After receiving not one but two emails from them requesting payment for the now three orders with redundant items, Itried again to cancel but nowhere is there that ability. They responded to my email saying they had received my email and that a service representative would "review my request" and get back to me within 48 hours! Well we are now into the third day and NO RESPONSE. To add fuel to the fire, there is no place to UNSUBSCRIBE to their website! WORSE SERVICE EVER!

The worst customer service, the worst quality and sizing, the worst delivery time and the worst return policy I have ever experienced. The images on line and the actual product shipped are not remotely recognizable as the same item. This company appears to be fraudalently advertising clothing images from other sites and actually attempting to replicate the item after an order is made, hence the 60 day delivery time! Additionally the items smell terrible upon arrival, repelling one to even open the packaging. Buyer BEWARE! BAD PURCHASE TO THE NTH DEGREE.

I tried to buy clothing from this company and never received two items. After several emails, I find out 6 1/2 months later that the items are out of stock and will not be sent. Their customer service asked for open access to my PayPal account to refund the money and I told them I do not give free access to my PayPal account to any company, but I would take a store credit or a refund check issued by the company. They refused several times (even though they already have my money) and kept asking for my account information. Now I am out the amount of those two items and they REFUSE to adjust to their customers needs. WHAT A SCAM. On a side note, the few items I did receive from the order I made were of VERY POOR QUALITY and did not fit even though I ordered items in a much larger size than I would normally order due to clothing possibly coming from China. This company is should not be allowed to operate! I did not respond to Annie Cloth this time because my last several attempts of going back and forth with customer service in effort to resolve this issue have proved unproductive.
And I also find it interesting that a majority of the positive reviews for Annie Cloth (a woman's clothing company) are written by MEN.

Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
