I have waited over a month for my items. Overc$100 worth... can't get anyone from the company to tell me where they are all they say is they have been shipped but yet they can't track them. I will never order again from Annie cloth!

REALLY READ the positive reviews... they are SUCH GARBAGE. Pure fiction. Just like the clothes. There is nothing authentic or genuine about this site. Run away fast & save your money! Don't be fooled by cute photos. I'm warning you, you will be sorry. The real reviews are the ones who are trying to save you from the fake photos and fake clothes. Do yourself a favor and move on to a non-scam site. This one should be called SCAMMIE CLOTH, not Annie Cloth! Con artists! Thieves! Bait & switch company. You will regret it.

I have been shopping here for quite some time (about 5 to 6 times already) and I have not had any problems with the products, the quality, the shipping and all that. The website is easy to navigate and very secure! The prices are reasonable and the best thing is that they offer gifts and promotional codes for your purchases. Highly recommended!

Ordered product over a month ago, for Mother's Day... has not showed up. After reading numerous other reviews, seems this is a regular issue. Contacted Annie Cloth repeatedly for a refund... they claim it has shipped, but the tracking number they gave us is bogus... was "assured" via email (because there is NO ph number, should've been clue 1) that what we bought and were charged for, with a $13 shipping fee, would eventually get to us. WTF!? Give me your money and we will eventually get you, maybe, what you paid for... good?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Annie Cloth! Total scam! Not sure how this company has such a high rating on this website, when every other review website I've found Annie Cloth on their rating is abysmal. Again, total SCAM! Kicking ourselves for not checking out reviews prior to ordering.

Website doesn't work and you can't tell if order paid for. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE... JUST UNBELIEVABLY BAD. Can't even get a confirmation once paid if something is shipping.

I ordered nearly a dozen items and after waiting more than a month for delivery, received several disjointed emails saying:
1) the shipment was at my local post office (it wasn't)
2) the order would be delivered as 2 shipments (I never received anything)
3) I needed to explain to the virtual customer service rep named Piggy what I wanted to return and to send photos. That might've been a nice option if I'd ever gotten anything.

When I asked for a refund for non-delivery, the conversation went silent. This company is unreliable and should be avoided.

Still lying

They finally sent me tracking data showing my order may have been shipped on 10 may rather than 3 may as they assured me in writing. Continuous lying because they are too lazy to even read their own responses. They need more
And better supervision in a totally incompetent customer service department. All this could be corrected in a matter of afew days.

I placed my order on 4/29/20 and I still have not received any part of it. The tracking for the one tiny item they say is on it's way is in Japanese! I've just completed a dispute form with my credit card company.

Ordered and charged $35+ int'l currency charge, which no where did it say it was not a U. S business, for product on 4/1; product not received until 4/28; Didn't like and had to request by email the information on returning it, which isn't disclosed until you need to know. I lieu of return, I was offered 15% credit if I didn't return, which I accepted and was told would be applied within 1 week. Not a month later, still no credit. In further email communication, was told finance dept needed extra time. I call BS and told them I would be disputing the charge and writing this review. Should have checked them out before ordering, but will NEVER make that mistake again!

Reasonable prices

Reasonable prices and always have discounts. More discounts may apply once you have purchased frequently as a member. Articles have reviews that facilitate decision making. The clothes can vary in size and quality, but 4/5 times I have bought it has been good. It's just always good to check reviews before you buy because the products are slightly different from the image, like many other online stores.
