I've tried 3 times to post this. Ordered two blouses on April 30. One delivered two weeks later and V neck below my bra. I chatted with a Rep. Who apologized but no suggestion of exchange or refund. Went on vacation and upon return the second blouse arrived at post office. It was extremely small. Contacted Customer support via email and was told too late to return because ut was after 15 day return policy. After stating I would write a negative review I receive another email stating they would extend the return for another two days, which was already expired by the time they responded. They should have refunded ALL my money for such slow service and poor quality merchandise. Save yiur money.
Not even worth 1 star! Ordered 7 items. One whooped right away and was defective. Can't return they told me it was final sale. Supposedly shipped another one by itself, never received it. Can't get credit. I asked for refund for the rest of the item, still not refunded after 2 months. Didn't realize I was ordering from China sweat shop perhaps. Communication is terrible. Save your money and purchase somewhere else.
Online boutique that has excellent clothing, especially dresses, it would be my favorite among all. They are very comfortable to wear and fit my body perfectly. I have not found a similar design as good as my new dress!
I generally don't buy clothes online, but I won't hesitate to use this boutique again. My dresses were of great quality, beautifully packaged with a handwritten welcome note from the staff member who packed them. Impressive customer service. I received my order a few days later in my forties! Surprising!
Place order in November 11,2019 today is February 16 still haven't got my purchase. I spent 98.00 worst company no one responses to your emails there's no contact number. The place is a joke just ripping people off. Item i did receive was nothing like it showed on website wore it once after washing it it's nothing but a bag of lint. Terrible business do not order from them ever.
Big fan of this boutique on the internet. Some items I have had to return as they did not suit me and it was not a hassle at all. The customer service is perfect and they are always very helpful with any questions or help.
Ordered about $140.00 dollars worth of clothes on June 21st. After 2 plus weeks I tried to find out where my stuff was. Shipping code had zeros and O's which made it impossible to track. THEN 3 weeks in they informed me it takes 11 BUSINESS days and has to go through customs. Summer is over. I want my money back

Just a heads up... don't purchase anything from ANNIE CLOTH! Unless you plan on not returning it. I wouldn't even have given it one star but had no other option! Their return or even their website has no customer service or return address! The items I purchased were nothing like they're described on their fake site. I'm so over these fake sites popping up from China or other overseas countries, then you get taken advantage of. I'm at fault for not checking out the site before ordering, which by the way I usually do. And Facebook is as guilty as these overseas sites for allowing them to advertise on their site! I made an online purchase and they replied that the estimated time for publication would be in a few days... I received my shoes on Tuesday! Very good quality! Incredible fit! Perfect! I would buy from here again.
Complete scam! They took my $140. No sign of shipping after 10 days, just read their "Terms of Service " Basically says the pictures don't represent the actual items. I'm reversing the charge through my bank. Other similar websites like Rotita are all this same scam company in China.

I ordered over two months ago, my account was debited clothes apparently sent... I was given a tracking number that shows up as an error. I've emailed the company 3 times they say they will look into it. Nothing is resolved and no clothes!
I should have paid attention to the many other complaints!
I think the messaging on the site could be more clear. Sometimes could not tell why certain choices were not available because they were out of stock or if I was just doing something wrong. UPDATE: order received in a timely manner, satisfied with products. When I had a tracking issue, Annie Cloth responded very quickly. No complaints!

Not only am I extremely happy with the dress, but the service of this boutique was exceptional. Fast shipping, excellent packaging and very good communication. I will buy here again, I have also recommended it to my friends.
There must be a lot of fake reviews here. "Anniecloth" is a scam company in China that has ripped off thousands of people. I learned this too late and lost over $150 by assuming they would send what I ordered. Their photos are ripped off another site. Their materials are crap and the wrong size. It took a month to get these shoddy cheap clothes and if you want a refund, forget about it. You have to pay all kinds of money to return things to China. Do not believe them. They lie. PS: they will also post replies pretending to be so very sorry for the inconvenience. That's another big lie. Don't believe them!
I have used this store several times in the past few years. For starters, I was quite impressed with the various features of your website and how easy it was for the user, especially its exhaustive search, the ability to manage the wish list that is not automatically purged like other sites, good recommendations, etc. Features should be a fact, in my experience they are not that common on many Australian shopping websites.

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites.
