Head light purchase

It's been a year or so since purchasing my headlights through Andy's and I have to say that I am happy doing business with them. The last purchase I made was my second one and they didn't disappoint me. They are helpful and purchasing is secure through them. They have my business.

Just ok

After purchasing items I was notified promptly and payment was pulled... after some time one of my items was apparently on back order and canceled as no product was available after a lengthy wait was finally refunded for canceled part... communication was minimal at best so might order from again but as a last option

Great experience

Andy's Auto Sport was very professional and very efficient in helping me out with my order even going the extra mile to send me an invoice to show customs that my order was for four shocks as one price and not the four shocks as individually priced as they had tried to charge me which enabled my order to be processed at it's correct cost! Thx again Andy's Auto Sport for your quick response to help me solve this issue

Window vent covers
October 23, 2018

I was able to get window vent covers for my 1994 Dodge 350B (van). This is wonderful. They are steel.

I was also able to look over many parts for my van, most are no longer available, but with the right info I hope to be able to find them

Hays Street/Strip Clutch 85-301
July 1, 2018

Andy's had the best price on this clutch. They shipped fast, but when I got the clutch, it was not as pictured. They offered to take it back but I decided to keep it. After calling Holley who now sells the Hays brand, I found that they had changed the product but the pictures in the advertisement had not changed.

Great customer service
September 6, 2017

I ordered a set of Enkie wheels for my vehicle, but was given the wrong tracking number.
After emailing Andys Auto Sport, they quickly corrected the issue and gave me the correct tracking number.
I was able to track my order and in just 3 days I received the Enkie wheels without any damage.
I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend buying at Andys Auto Sport.

Bait and switch
March 4, 2023

Ordered an carbon fiber hood that was listed on the website, and later received an email stating that the hood I ordered was discontinued but I could buy one that was over twice the price of the one ordered. Ended up settelling for a fiberglass hood that cost more as well. The "discontinued" hood is still on the website.

Submitted a price stomp, provided all supporting info. They denied it ever though the competitor was indeed cheaper, I even had proved them wrong. At that point they agreed to "match" the competitor! They absolutely did not honor their promise, lied, and its a very unprofessional company. Will never try them again and suggest you don't either. These are they types of companies that need to leave the market place.

If I could give this less than one star, I would. I was going to order a set of 20 lug nuts from this site, because my old stock ones were all rounded off from letting tire shops torque them with an impact wrench. Was proceeding with the order and was about to hit confirm, when I saw the outrageous shipping cost of $80 bucks to ship 20 lug nuts that were already gonna cost me $80(should have been a red flag right there) from California. Sent them a stern email demanding to know wth made the shipping so expensive. Never heard back from them.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered a steering wheel and hub adapter, waited over six weeks, they charged my card immediately, and then the wrong adapter showed up. When I called they told me they don't stock any parts they're a drop ship company only and I should have read their policy page. I did read it and it doesn't say anything like that. These guys are frauds in the first degree. Also their shipping charges are outrageous and the service is pathetic. Avoid this company.

Ordered a harness bar, price appeared to be good, 95$. Next thing you know its up to 140$. They charge 25$ to ship within the Bay Area :( Contacted customer service and was treated poorly. I would not ever deal with these people ever again. With as much competition there is they need to figure out what customer service is. They just suck.

This company is terrible!

This company is terrible! They sent me damaged parts. Then when I went to return them for a refund it would have cost me more money to ship them back than the parts cost in the first place. I do not recommend ordering anything from these people. You will be disappointed.

Do not under no circumstance purchase anything from this company. If your money is not important to you. Then go ahead and shop with them. It's a major gamble that the item will work. If it doesn't work. You will be out of your hard earned money. Read the reviews online. Stay away!

I did research on the site before ordering from them and got negative reviews. Here is a simple list of what i found:
-High shipping rates
-Damaged parts
-Poor customer support
-Wrong price listed on parts

That was enough for me to choose not to order from them. I suggest that you find the part you want on that site then go look it up somewhere else.

We carefully went through the website to make sure we got the right seat covers for our 2007 Range Rover HSE. Took almost 3 weeks after we paid to receive the seat covers which cost $67.00 and $32! To ship-- the box weighed less than 3 lbs.
Came with no instructions and did not come close to fitting our seats. Called to return and was told we could only receive $35 refund after they sent us a link to refund. That was a week ago and still have not received that link. Horrible company!

No Updates on order

Placed an order for headlights for my daughter's car, it had a long lag time of over a month before it would ship. That date came and went without any notification, waited three weeks and called only to be told it would be another week before it would ship. That too has come and gone and still no product. If my order ever does get here I hope it's worth the wait.

Lies, all Lies.

These people are a total joke. Ordered a hood from them, was told, "In stock, you will have it in three days." A week later, I call, I'm actually given a tracking number for the shipment. Two days later, an email saying item is out of stock, Speak to a rep, again, more lies, this time, I'm given another tracking number for the shipment. Two more days, another email, out of stock. I have demanded a refund. Basically, this is a handful of people sitting in front of computers, with absolutely no inventory, hooking people on the web site. They have no control of anything and try to lie their way into completing an order. Absolute waste of three weeks time on this project! They should be shut down.

Although the hood in general was ok, the finishing on the front leading edge was terrible, quality control could be much better. I understand the hood would require some tweaking and preparation before paint, but it's going to br tough to get uniform gap when hood closed
