First off i ordered a windshield banner, the one they showed on there website advertised, its a vortech supercharger decal, supposed to be dark silver, first off it costed more to ship the item then it did to buy it. Over 2 weeks never received after multiple calls and emails. They didnt even carry the item they had to send off to someone else, i could have done that. Why did i pay 16$ in shipping for a item that costs 2$ at most to ship and wait 2 weeks,! Stay away from these guys!
I ordered a flywheel and after 3 weeks, I had not heard from Andy's, I went to there website and it showed that it had been delivered. I called and they told me that they showed that it had been delivered a couple of hundred miles away to someone. They said that their supplier was closed for the day (2pm) and they would get back to me within 24 hrs. I waited for their call; when it I didn't hear from them, I called. At that time, they said that I would have to buy a clutch from them also. I cancelled the order. The flywheel was billed in August; it is now November and I have not been refunded my money.
I ordered two cold air intakes, one week goes by I get an email saying they only have one and will be refunding my one purchase and ship me the other air intake, three weeks go by then they tell me they dont have the intake in stock so they will refund my purchase even after I thought my one intake was already shipped, never got a refund and I emailed back and forth with customer service and they refused to give me a refund or even apologize for the mistake, terrible company.
Bought what they said was a full passenger floor pan and they sent a quarter size, didnt even cover anything close to full size and they made me pay to send it back and a restock fee for something they messed up on
I was concerned about receiving my Silla Radiator from Andysautosport.com after reading all the negative reviews on here. Of course I ordered before finding these reviews so I had to just wait and see what happened. I couldn't be happier with the quick shipment to my door. I ordered on a Monday afternoon. And the Radiator was on my door step the following Monday. The Quality of the radiator is a bit on the low end, but I knew this when I ordered it. A $150 radiator isn't going to be as well built as a 4-$600 unit. Now Ill just have to see how it holds up. Great service from Andysautosport!
I've ordered the radio antena, price of the product 10$ + shipping cost 97&. I was negligent enought not to pay attention to shipping price, In my worst dream I wouldn't expect that it can be 10 times the price of product - I've noticed it after submitting the order so straight away I've send email to them with request to cancel the order. They responded two days later offering me to bring down the shipping cost to 40$, but I've found it still too expensive and told them to cancel whole order. Next day I'm getting the email with shipment tracking number and. Of course they charged me original price. I'll be fighting for a refund.

Andy's had the best price on this clutch. They shipped fast, but when I got the clutch, it was not as pictured. They offered to take it back but I decided to keep it. After calling Holley who now sells the Hays brand, I found that they had changed the product but the pictures in the advertisement had not changed.
I ordered an antenna stub from here in May. I got an email saying my order would ship out on 6/9/2020. I never got it so I contacted them the beginning of July and they said due to covid the order was delayed and would ship out on 7/13. It's now 7/31 and I contacted them again. They responded saying my item was out of stock and would now ship out on 8/14. This is ridiculous, I know it's a small part but that shouldn't make a difference. I'm extremely dissatisfied and upset with this company. I'm never ordering anything from here again and I'm getting my money back
Had my order canceled, was given the excuse the part was on back order. However when I contacted the manufacturer they assured me the part was in stock. When I confronted Andy's auto sport I was given a different answers, i got we can't find it in the warehouse, and we can't sell to your state anyway, even though I have purchased from them before. In the end, I got blown off and purchased from a different vendor. Learned a lesson and told myself never again.
Poor $#*!! Customer service my order******* has been returned they sent wrong $#*!ing parts on Dec 23 2019 i send part back they took 2 weeks to send new parts then wrong tracking number 1Z************** in which UPS Never heard of an i still dont have my lowering kit!

I ordered some over fenders for my 240sx. They sent the wrong parts and want me to pay for shipping to return the parts and to pay for shipping to resend the correct fenders.
I spoke with a manager. I did not catch her name but she was completely rude and didn't care one bit that their website was inaccuratestablished or that they sent the wrong fenders!
I wished I would've done research before ordering from them! And I hope that this review stops people from buying from them!

I shouldn't of been able to add items (Brembo rotors) to my cart, pay and complete the order if the items are no longer stocked - and hadn't been for some time. A (less than favorable) resolution was sorted out, but it shouldn't of occurred in the first place.
Shipping details from the original shipper (Fed Ex) were sent, but details when my items were given over to the secondary shipper (USPS) were not given and this point was just a little bit of a sore one on the above mentioned stuff around.
For what it's worth, even after this debacle, I checked out their website to see if they'd removed the rotors to prevent the issue reoccurring only to discover the same rotors I originally purchased still available for this to all occur again.
I live in Sydney Australia and ordered a front AMG style spoiler for for my wife's Mercerdes from Andys. It arrived well packed and undamaged. It fits perfectly and looks great. I would have no problem in ordering from them again.
I order some stud for my car about a couple month ago. Came within a week at first i was glad, once i put them on i notice it dont fit. I call several hundred of time never get threw been on hold for hr tons of time never get threw... Answer: We're working to get better all the time. We still have a portion of our staff that works in an overseas call center, but they certainly speak English. We're always trying to stay light and positive with customers, even when the things go wrong. It's tough because for many car enthusiasts, their car is their baby, and things can get heated if anything goes wrong with an order (like a delay, etc). We do the best we can to stay calm even when customer emotions are running high and just keep the lines of communication open and go one step at a time if anything goes wrong. The huge majority of orders ship out right away with no issues before or after shipment, but sometimes things don't go perfectly and we work hard to get those situations resolved. Hope that helps!
Answer: It depends on the exact Carbon Creations products you're referring to. If you're referring to a hood for example, yeah that typically is a very easy installation, especially if your car has never been in a wreck. It's just unbolting the old hood and bolting in the new one. For body kit panels, those can be a much tougher install. Answer: Richard, we called Gude a couple times today and didn't get an answer. Gude is a small niche manufacturer, and most of the time they're back in the shop doing the actual manufacturing. So it sometimes can be hard to get customer support on that line. That said, I did find out this: that package increases stock horsepower (155HP) to above 190HP. And it increase the torque by about 7% based on dyno tests. I know that doesn't answer your question about how the gains are distributed through the RPM band though. If I get any other updates, I'll let you know.
