I had a leaking shower faucet and needed it to be repaired asap. They charged me $1350 to to replace two $65 Delta Cartridges. Refuse to give me an itemized bill claiming they charge a flat rate. $1200 an hour is an outrageous price. My auto mechanic only charges $95 an hour. I would like to share the letter written to AND services which was mailed mid March, I have not received any kind of response. I am posting this review everywhere possible as I hope others will heed warning & not be treated the manner we have been. I am attaching my actual letter with dates of how this debacle unfolded as it is too long to post on this review in case someone wishes to review how everything happened from the time we purchased our new AC unit July 2020 until finally having it installed properly per Hillsborough County Inspectors January 2021.

My letter is as follows - I am writing this letter in reference to the experience I have had with your company AND Services. My hope is to share this experience in hopes that another customer will not endure the same sequence of events we have. We feel the level of service we have received is unacceptable due to 4 failed inspections and multiple appointments all requiring waiting for hours for arrivals, duplicate work as well as completion, however we are very thankful to finally have had everything taken care of over the course of several months, I would like to share the encounters we have had over these last several months to help your company understand why we feel this way.

In my opinion six months is too long for everything to be completed properly and safely by code requirements, especially the amount of work on our part to follow up as we were not contacted in a reasonable amount of time for majority of appointments as well as our follow up for a proper permit with our proper address. My husband and I are elderly which going through this during the pandemic at hand (we both have underlying conditions) has led to increased stress we hoped to not have. We understand mistakes and things happen however over the course of six months is too excessive for any customer to have to go through. My prayer is no other customers will experience nor endure the level of service we have been provided.

Our less than 2 year old Air conditioner went on the fritz. A technician came out and said we needed a new coil. A $1400 job. Part was ordered express mail and after being lied to several times and almost 4 weeks later we called another company. It was not our coil and they had the problem fixed in 2 days.

I have used And Services for 5 Years and recently they wanted to service my air conditioner, of which I replied that it was not working and I did not want to pay for someone to check it for fear it would cost to much to repair. They replied it would not cost anything to check it out due to I was on there plan. Upon checking my system out it would be around $700.00 to fix which I said no, I could not afford that so they charged me $185.00 for checking the system out. They lied to me and they have absolutely no integrity. Always check with BBB before hiring anyone.

I set an appointment for a maintenance clean on my unit. The guy that showed up was over an hour late and was determined to sell me a new unit before he even opened it up. He proceeded to give me a price of $14,500 for a 3 1/2 ton unit. I guess he thought he was going to take advantage of an old lady….little did he know I was a licensed GC. He proceed to get nasty and let the air handler open after being asked to close it. I told him to get off my property due to his nasty and threatening behavior. This company is doing nothing more than scamming people and overcharging them.

I had my unit installed 2 yrs ago. No AC for last 3 months. I have been called at least 6 times and told they were.coming next day. Never show

Brand new AC unit put in 2020. December 3 of 2023 AC stopped working because drain line full of water, and wasn't pitched correctly by the men that installed the unit. The company wants me to pay to fix it. Why should I have to pay for something that was installed incorrectly?My advice is don't use this company you'll thank me later.

In the spring of 2022 I had AND Services come in and install a brand new central HVAC system. I had multiple issues with the install process. The install process came up with a few snags that the original estimate didn't account for. Several hours after the install it was found out that the air handler had a broken part. Instead of providing me a new unit they ordered a part to fix the brand new unit. I was quite unhappy about this. It took several days during a heatwave to get the new part. In the meantime I was without air conditioning in the Florida heat. When the part finally came in the installers were several hours late for the window I was given. In addition the company scheduled with the permitting department and the permitting department never showed up on the day I was told. They showed up the next day. For three days I missed work so I could be home to handle the AC issues. I had wanted to speak with a supervisor and made several attempts by phone and email. To date (11/1/22) i'm still waiting for a supervisor to respond. I did call the office and got the person on the phone that answers them and I was given two free maintenance calls. Today was my scheduled maintenance call and I was given a window between 12 o'clock and two and they would give me a half hour lead time. It is now 230 and I am still waiting to hear from someone. I did call them at 2 o'clock and the person that answered the phone told me that the 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock window was just an estimate and that the team is out in Pasco County and they would be here between 3-4. I asked her what the point of having a timeframe was if they weren't going to hold to it. I am beyond frustrated with his company and once I get my next free service I will never deal with them again. They absolutely have no care or concern in the world for their clients. They don't value me as a customer. I am sure there are other companies that would value my patronage more than they would. They just have zero concern for their customer service. The woman on the phone told me today she could put me through a supervisor and I laughed. I told her I was still waiting to hear back from a supervisor from earlier this year. Dealing with this company is not worth the frustrations. By the way, they're the company that hounds you while you're trying to shop at Home Depot. Stay away if you want to keep your sanity!

A year ago had $32,000 worth of work. In tne one year had 5 repairs done on different units. Tankless water heater has burnt out twice. Was told wiring was done wrong on installation. Workman coming out only speak Spanish. Think they know rules amd cocky attitudes. But they don't. Come unannounced. Go to BBB bad reviews and many on that site. They called me to apologize and offered a payoff so I would remove review. Sent the check. But I never cashed. Am considering sueng due to the amount of money I have spent since they did the work. Sad there is no work ethic. They did meet counties standards. I had to keep taking work off, and have to cancel patients appointments thus inconviencing them for this companies incompetence. BE WARE

Goodman 2 ton heat pump was purchased and installed end of October 2019. On Friday February 24,2023, after 38 mo. Of intermittent operation run capacitor ( Supco, MFD 35+5) failed, hence the system would not start. The cost of the part is less than $ 8. The cost of AND service to install it $ 406 (51x more).
Excessive, even in free market economy. 2hrs waiting window dragged over 2 days, and I am still waiting for the receipt to be emailed to me. Would not recommend to friends or family. Mladen, Redington Beach,Fl

Don't use them over charge dont care about customers just what they can get, 10 percent to salesman 15percent to workers go figure cost way to high

We had a scheduled service appointment today, May 13,2020. Your service rep. Named Brad arrived after calling in advance. From first contact, Brad proved to be a skilled and informative representative for And. Pleasant and a good communicator, Brad detailed his activities, made recommendations on our potential in-home servicing activities such as flushing our AC, changing filters, hosing off our outside unit's coils, etc. Overall, his presence was a pleasure and input much appreciated, Thank you for the quality of your staff which insures our continued relationship with And. It's no wonder they are not BBB accredited, 24/7 coverage is a joke given that my last call to them was on a Thursday and no one showed until afternoon on Saturday. The AC handler is leaking into my bedroom next to it per two companies who have visited my problem: a water mitigation service and American Leak Detection, When I phoned AND, the tech who came out the following day told me it was impossible for the problem to be the AC handler because he found no moisture whatsoever in the unit that would attribute to puddles in my bedroom. When I phoned the office yesterday morning to request that they coordinate with American Leak Detection to get to the cause, the receptionist was kind but I have NOT received a call back from AND to coordinate on this matter. I have a contractor coming out to give me a quote on repairs but am fearful to move forward with no fix on the leak. I'm now going to phone AND again to see if they will assist in contacting American Leak Detection (per suggestion from my insurance adjuster).

I was supposed to have a tech come out for service on a 10,000 unit I just purchased yesterday and no one ever showed up or called! I had the 9-11 time frame and around 10:30 I called the office and they said they would be there by 11. At 11 I called again and now they told me 1-3 I said ok fine I was upset because I had already taken the day off and now I'm stuck at home waiting. 3 came around and still no one so I call again and now they tell me 3-5. Are you kidding me? I asked for a manager and they said they would call me back within the hour to my surprise not even a call back! It's clear they only care about the customers who are dropping lots of money. Service and Routine maintenance I guess isn't keeping them in business.

Update: today they were supposed to arrive between 9-11 since yesterday they didn't come at all and I just received a call from a manager who told me other customers were priority because their units arent working basically proves my point if you aren't dropping thousands of dollars they aren't going to show up. After my 2 service calls that I get that are already paid for I'm going to a company that values their customers.

Broken PVC pipe resulting in all water in house to be turned off until fixed. Called AND Services at 9:00 am and made appointment. I was told a service person would be out in 2-3 hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when 3 hours had passed and waited until 2:45 pm to call them (almost 6 hours later).

I was told they got busy at other jobs and were not going to be able to make it today. No call and voicemail, no text, not at all bothered that they stood me up and I will not have water for another day. Basically all I got was a too bad for you.

This place is supposed to be a Google certified business but they run it like customers do not matter. Their web page and other information says they are open 24 hours. I'm not sure which 24 hours they are open, but it is not 24 hours in a row.

Do yourself a huge favor and use a business that cares about customers.

Tip for consumers:
Go to any other business for your plumbing needs. This place is terrible.

Be warned. I had called 3 other A/C repair companies when my A/C stopped cooling - but none were available on short notice. My problem was with the outside air handler and I had suspected it was a bad capacitor (I had replaced a few over the years). But after inspecting the capacitor, I could not see any signs of damage and the fan would start up as usual whenever I would turn off the system and then re-start it. But the fan would only run for a little while and then would shut down again. I called And Services and a technician arrived a couple of hours later to check it. After performing his checks, he showed me his estimated cost to repair the unit. My jaw dropped when I saw his estimate of $812. Having already been without A/C since the day before, I begrudgingly accepted his offer. He replaced the capacitor and recommended a "hard start kit" saying it would help the compressor to last longer. My A/C system is only 6 years old. I thought my system too new to be having these problems but I agreed to accept the recommended repairs and pay the huge repair bill. It took about 30 minutes max. Nothing aside from the capacitor and hard start kit were replaced (each part retails for roughly $40 locally). This guy went ahead and charged me $812 and then had the gall to offer me 4 additional service options for the entire system at $5409, $3585, $2085, and $1135. I declined all of them. After the tech left I checked online for estimates to replace a capacitor and hard start kit. The all said about $80 plus the service visit, totalling roughly $200. AND Services charged me over 4 times that - and then had the gall to recommend more outrageous prices for other options. I should have told this guy to hit the road after he gave me his first estimate. I should have known better. But let this be a lesson to anyone thinking of calling AND Services. They will definitely take advantage of you and rip you off if you allow it to happen. I will NEVER call them again and I will definitely be telling others about my experience. This company lacks ethics in a BIG way! STAY AWAY!

11/27/2023 (Services Began 10/31/2023)
AND services caused water damage to our vanity. The sinks upstairs weren't even the reason for the service call. However they do a "complimentary " home inspection. Their inspector Jackson suggested we change out some hardware under our master bath sinks. Well a week later we found a leak which had damaged the vanity and all my stuff underneath. We called them came and fixed their work days later. And said they will have someone come to assess the damage. The plumber took pics but that's about it and sent them to the manager. After several followups, and going through several people, I finally spoke with a Manager basically they were offering $500. Remember no one ever came to assess they just gave a random number. I was told to contact John if I didn't agree with the settlement. He was very rude and yelled at me. Basically stated they couldn't prove there wasn't damage already there. And all he was going to offer was $500. However prior to that we had a home inspection for our insurance and they took pics and there was no damage. Also their own employee Jackson did the "complimentary "inspection before the work and he didn't note anything. We just want everything repaired. We have a double vanity which means they won't match. They have been very rude and giving us the run around. Basically they have gotten their money from ALLY lending paid on our behalf. They don't care to fix it. We have spent almost 6k with them and didn't mind paying it. We just want our vanity replaced.

Slick salespeople, no one gets back to you, despicable company, Sorry we went with them. 1. The salesperson did not tell the truth about the loan we applied for. He said, that because of our great credit score, we qualified for no interest the first year; come to find out when we got our bill that we were paying interest! We called the financial office at And Services and told them what happened. They said they would get back to us and help us figure this out, but DID NOT. Repeated phone calls were made by us without ONE person getting back to us. 2. The salesperson did not know about the air conditioner he was selling, nor how it was going to be installed, because when we asked before we signed papers if the air conditioner could be placed on the same metal brackets that the previous air conditioner was sitting on due to flooding in that area; the salesperson said absolutely, but he had no idea what he was talking about. 3. When the workers came to install the air conditioner, they realized it was too heavy and our existing metal brackets would not work. The workers left, said they would be right back, and went on a wild goose chase to look for metal brackets capable of holding the air conditioner (they were gone for hours). The workers could not find metal brackets of any size anywhere! They came back visibly upset, apologizing for how long they took and telling us that they had to use 2 cement slabs, one slab as the base, then a set of cinderblocks, and then another slab on top of the cinderblocks where the air conditioner would sit. What? I need to repeat that, NONE of this was ever discussed when we asked about the metal brackets before signing the contract. Who knows, maybe this company might not use metal brackets, (no clue), or maybe we should have been told that the metal brackets could be ordered and we would have to wait until they came in. The workers had no choice but to relocate the area of entry into the house allowing for the wiring and pipes, because of the height difference between our metal brackets and the 2 cement slabs and cinderblocks. All this mess left a rectangle-shaped cutout into the stucco of our house where the old air conditioner wires and pipes were, (which we ended up having to repair ourselves), and the metal bracket hardware from our original air conditioner is still in the wall of the house. Unfortunately, because the salesperson didn't know what the heck he was talking about nor did he give us options as to how the air conditioner was going to be installed; those poor workers were stuck at the house until 11:00 at night from all day! A salesperson is supposed to know about the product he is selling or route the consumer to someone in the company who does know. 4. The project manager came over that day as well before the job got started, introduced himself, and stated that "if we had ANY problems emphasizing "any" to call him personally because they wanted "a good review". When we called him (several times) about all that was going on; we got NO response! Never a phone call back after leaving several messages. Perhaps, he might have known what to do! 5. Now, as I call frequently requesting for someone to get back to us as to how or if they are going to handle the money we have accrued from interest collected, we have received NO calls back, and amazingly No one is around to talk with. When we ask to connect us to the financial manager's answering machine we are told someone would get back to us. Wow, we are still waiting! The information that their infomercial spits out is a total lie... They are not reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, forthright, or professional. They all should be ashamed of themselves. We truly expected better and are beyond disappointed.

I rated AND Services five stars a year ago. Since I have lived in Florida, I have used their services for my air conditioning needs. My regular technician was not present during my most recent encounter. I was immediately told the coil was bad with absolutely no diagnostic tests run on my old unit to determine all possible issues. The next advice was to buy one of their new systems with a fifteen year warranty which could be installed the very next day rather than waiting a week for a part that might not totally fix my problem. I should know better at my age, but I did not attempt to call another company to verify the technician's evaluation. Instead I bought the new system over a month ago. Since that time, I have received the worse possible service for a new unit that still DOES NOT work a month later. I now understand they service customers differently. If your existing air conditioner needs work, they are there within hours to possibly solve your problem or more likely try to sell you their new system (buyer beware). Once you make the purchase of their new air conditioner, they have a different servicing department for their warranty work. Work on their new system may not be serviced within hours or even the same day. Because of my troubles, they promised to refund 10%. I still have no refund after one month, and I DO NOT have an air conditioner that works properly after one month. My home will not cool below 79 degrees now so it has been running continually during the days for over a month. I will reevaluate if these issues are resolved properly.

Update: It is now six weeks into this fiasco, and I still have not received my promised refund or replacement air conditioner. I tried to contact the owner like the reply offered, but I am directed to the same supervisors unable to provide closure. Today I left two messages for two different supervisors but no response. Rheem (Air Conditioner Manufacturer) sent the supervisor to my home on August 24 to complete a page of tests on their unit. When a replacement was requested, Rheem requested two more pages of tests on August 28. I am still waiting for assistance to get a functioning air conditioner. The owner's (AND Services) reply has not lived up to expectations, but I am not surprised. Avoid using this company. I will still consider revising my assessment if AND Services makes this right as the owner promised. Thankfully, I am not holding my breath.

UPDATE: July 3,2023
They have filed 2 liens against my house.
Now I have to deal with taking care of this since what they have done is illegal.
This company does whatever they want to and when in communication with a service manager gets told one thing and their main office/owner does another thing that they have no clue about.
Per the liens the owner of the company signs them and that action is taken.
After doing a search online found that they have also filed several liens against other people for different types of amounts. They vary from hundreds to thousands of dollars.
Horrible! Horrible!

Avoid this company.

UPDATE: As of August 2,2022, no word from the company as to when the new AC ducts will be replaced. Now I have an AC unit that is useless since it is not cooling and working less than the old AC unit that was in the house that was from 2004. Been getting the run around from And Services.

Just purchased a house and got a quote from this company on July 26,2022, for a new AC and new AC ducts. Agreed to get on one of the better AC systems their sales person Luther McNall recommended. It is the Daikin Fit Whole House AC system. He also said that the new Ac ducts will be replaced the day after the AC is installed.

On July 27,2022, the AC was installed. Was told on the day of the installation by the that the air ducts can not be replaced the next day or that happens that quick. Based on this was lied by the salesperson.

After calling And Services to find out about this was told that the air ducts replacement can take weeks.

Now have a brand new AC that is useless because can not cool the house properly because in order to work as supposed to needs the new air ducts since the ones in the house are 18 years old, are very dirty, and they have not been properly maintained. Is no different than having the old AC.

The old AC that was also old and the original from when the house was built was not cooling and working properly not only because it wasn't properly maintained by the previous owners of the house but also because of the lack of ac ducts maintenance.

If knew about this would not have agreed to have an AC and new AC duct replacement with this company. Also would have planned for it by getting fans and/or portable AC systems in the meantime.

Is obvious that the salesperson lied to make a sale and also the company does not care much.

As of now this job is not considered completed until the ac ducts are replaced since is part of the sales/work order.

Wish can cancel all with this company and look for another company to deal with but can't since the AC system has been already installed.

Beware of this company selling tactics!

MONDAY: I Called And Services and they came out to my house and replace the heating elements for $800. The plumber told me that I would have hot water in a hour. Four hours later I did not have hot water. So I called them back and they sent the same plumber back out THE NEXT DAY.
TUESDAY: And Services checked the power to the tank and he said, that there was nothing else he could do. I said, for $800 dollars there is nothing else you can do. I called their office and they said, that they would send someone else out to my house.
WEDNESDAY: And services sent another plumber out and he said, the Hot Water had a leak and it would cost $2500 to replace the tank. I called The Clean Plumbers and they came out that afternoon. After about 30 minutes they said, I had a leak in the hot water line and they call The Leak Specialist.
THURSDAY: The Leak Specialist said, that there was a leak in the hot water LINE near the hot water tank. I called THE CLEAN PLUMBERS and I told them what the leak specialist had said and they would send out a plumber on Friday.
And Services called me that afternoon and said that they would replace the tank for $1200 dollars and give me the credit of $800, I told them that there was a leak in the hot water line. He said if that was the case that I would be spraying water all over the place.
FRIDAY: The Clean Plumbers sent out a plumber, Luis Ramos, out to check the hot water tank. He said he would put a shut off valve in the hot water line between the hot water tank and the house to isolate the tank. Once he did that it was determined that tank was OK and there was a leak it the hot water line. Luis started at 10:00 to find the leak and by 6:00 he found the leak and fixed it.
SATURDAY-- Finally, I have hot water after And Services charged me $800 for NO hot water. Thanks to The Clean Plumbers and Luis Ramos I have hot water.
GOOD JOB LUIS!

Hired company to unclog main drain line, they attempted to sell me everything from 19,000.00 down to 590.00. Told them to just unclog main pipe, after prepaying them because I wasn't on site. They couldn't unclog line from roof and wanted to charge more to try from toliet line. I told them I'm not paying anymore. They left without unclogging the pipe and charged me 590.00. What a gimmick, they try and sell you on everything. I sent message to them and they called stating manager will call me around 9:00am. It's now 6:00pm and no one has called. I recommend that you try someone else
