First I've used this company for electrical several times to what seemed to be fair pricing. I scheduled them for a re hook on a kitchen sink after a remodel and that's where everything went sideways. They no showed on a Friday. Re scheduled for Saturday. Then quoted 2800.00 for a two hour job. It was completed by another company for 600.00. Very disappointing for such a large company to take advantage of Seniors and Veterans.
AND, Services installed and inadequate AC unit. After complaining about the lack of cooling they installed a larger unit. I wish we could have missed that step. They brought in their knowledgeable tech guy who suggested more airflow with additional duct venting. We muddled through our first year until we had our 1 year check. Low and behold. After spending $15,000 originally they discovered many issues, including microbial growth, a supply evaporator coil problem by installing dual UV lights and Remy Halo for the duct system. Thinking we're breathing contaminated air, I produced another $5,000. Could they have known this might occur on an overworked system before hand? I had a dinner party and the AC was trying to keep up with outside air temp of 84 degrees thermostat at at 65 and only cooling to a balmy 80
Degrees inside. After this, I again enquired about additional venting. I was told THAT would be an additional $2,000 dollars. Yeah, right. I sent letters to the president and vice president several weeks ago with no response. Save your money by shopping elsewhere. I gave one star only because the rank-and-file employees were always nice.
That was a lovely response by AND, Services to my Google Review but I have not been contacted by anyone. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company.
Our less than 2 year old Air conditioner went on the fritz. A technician came out and said we needed a new coil. A $1400 job. Part was ordered express mail and after being lied to several times and almost 4 weeks later we called another company. It was not our coil and they had the problem fixed in 2 days.
I set an appointment for a maintenance clean on my unit. The guy that showed up was over an hour late and was determined to sell me a new unit before he even opened it up. He proceeded to give me a price of $14,500 for a 3 1/2 ton unit. I guess he thought he was going to take advantage of an old lady….little did he know I was a licensed GC. He proceed to get nasty and let the air handler open after being asked to close it. I told him to get off my property due to his nasty and threatening behavior. This company is doing nothing more than scamming people and overcharging them.
I had a leaking shower faucet and needed it to be repaired asap. They charged me $1350 to to replace two $65 Delta Cartridges. Refuse to give me an itemized bill claiming they charge a flat rate. $1200 an hour is an outrageous price. My auto mechanic only charges $95 an hour. Flat rate charges and no itemized receipt is only a means to over charge customers and prey on people in an emergency situation.
Brand new AC unit put in 2020. December 3 of 2023 AC stopped working because drain line full of water, and wasn't pitched correctly by the men that installed the unit. The company wants me to pay to fix it. Why should I have to pay for something that was installed incorrectly?My advice is don't use this company you'll thank me later.
Shawn and Morgan did excellent work putting in my new Rheem unit. Had to deal with a few situation with this job and stay till job was done. They did not cut any corners and would recommend them to anybody for the a job.
Broken PVC pipe resulting in all water in house to be turned off until fixed. Called AND Services at 9:00 am and made appointment. I was told a service person would be out in 2-3 hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when 3 hours had passed and waited until 2:45 pm to call them (almost 6 hours later).
I was told they got busy at other jobs and were not going to be able to make it today. No call and voicemail, no text, not at all bothered that they stood me up and I will not have water for another day. Basically all I got was a too bad for you.
This place is supposed to be a Google certified business but they run it like customers do not matter. Their web page and other information says they are open 24 hours. I'm not sure which 24 hours they are open, but it is not 24 hours in a row.
Do yourself a huge favor and use a business that cares about customers.

A year ago had $32,000 worth of work. In tne one year had 5 repairs done on different units. Tankless water heater has burnt out twice. Was told wiring was done wrong on installation. Workman coming out only speak Spanish. Think they know rules amd cocky attitudes. But they don't. Come unannounced. Go to BBB bad reviews and many on that site. They called me to apologize and offered a payoff so I would remove review. Sent the check. But I never cashed. Am considering sueng due to the amount of money I have spent since they did the work. Sad there is no work ethic. They did meet counties standards. I had to keep taking work off, and have to cancel patients appointments thus inconviencing them for this companies incompetence. BE WARE
We had a scheduled service appointment today, May 13,2020. Your service rep. Named Brad arrived after calling in advance. From first contact, Brad proved to be a skilled and informative representative for And. Pleasant and a good communicator, Brad detailed his activities, made recommendations on our potential in-home servicing activities such as flushing our AC, changing filters, hosing off our outside unit's coils, etc. Overall, his presence was a pleasure and input much appreciated, Thank you for the quality of your staff which insures our continued relationship with And. I have used And Services for 5 Years and recently they wanted to service my air conditioner, of which I replied that it was not working and I did not want to pay for someone to check it for fear it would cost to much to repair. They replied it would not cost anything to check it out due to I was on there plan. Upon checking my system out it would be around $700.00 to fix which I said no, I could not afford that so they charged me $185.00 for checking the system out. They lied to me and they have absolutely no integrity. Always check with BBB before hiring anyone.
Hired company to unclog main drain line, they attempted to sell me everything from 19,000.00 down to 590.00. Told them to just unclog main pipe, after prepaying them because I wasn't on site. They couldn't unclog line from roof and wanted to charge more to try from toliet line. I told them I'm not paying anymore. They left without unclogging the pipe and charged me 590.00. What a gimmick, they try and sell you on everything. I sent message to them and they called stating manager will call me around 9:00am. It's now 6:00pm and no one has called. I recommend that you try someone else

AND services caused water damage to our vanity. The sinks upstairs weren't even the reason for the service call. However they do a "complimentary " home inspection. Their inspector Jackson suggested we change out some hardware under our master bath sinks. Well a week later we found a leak which had damaged the vanity and all my stuff underneath. We called them came and fixed their work days later. And said they will have someone come to assess the damage. The plumber took pics but that's about it and sent them to the manager. After several followups, and going through several people, I finally spoke with a Manager basically they were offering $500. Remember no one ever came to assess they just gave a random number. I was told to contact John if I didn't agree with the settlement. He was very rude and yelled at me. Basically stated they couldn't prove there wasn't damage already there. And all he was going to offer was $500. However prior to that we had a home inspection for our insurance and they took pics and there was no damage. Also their own employee Jackson did the "complimentary "inspection before the work and he didn't note anything. We just want everything repaired. We have a double vanity which means they won't match. They have been very rude and giving us the run around. Basically they have gotten their money from ALLY lending paid on our behalf. They don't care to fix it. We have spent almost 6k with them and didn't mind paying it. We just want our vanity replaced.
Be warned. I had called 3 other A/C repair companies when my A/C stopped cooling - but none were available on short notice. My problem was with the outside air handler and I had suspected it was a bad capacitor (I had replaced a few over the years). But after inspecting the capacitor, I could not see any signs of damage and the fan would start up as usual whenever I would turn off the system and then re-start it. But the fan would only run for a little while and then would shut down again. I called And Services and a technician arrived a couple of hours later to check it. After performing his checks, he showed me his estimated cost to repair the unit. My jaw dropped when I saw his estimate of $812. Having already been without A/C since the day before, I begrudgingly accepted his offer. He replaced the capacitor and recommended a "hard start kit" saying it would help the compressor to last longer. My A/C system is only 6 years old. I thought my system too new to be having these problems but I agreed to accept the recommended repairs and pay the huge repair bill. It took about 30 minutes max. Nothing aside from the capacitor and hard start kit were replaced (each part retails for roughly $40 locally). This guy went ahead and charged me $812 and then had the gall to offer me 4 additional service options for the entire system at $5409, $3585, $2085, and $1135. I declined all of them. After the tech left I checked online for estimates to replace a capacitor and hard start kit. The all said about $80 plus the service visit, totalling roughly $200. AND Services charged me over 4 times that - and then had the gall to recommend more outrageous prices for other options. I should have told this guy to hit the road after he gave me his first estimate. I should have known better. But let this be a lesson to anyone thinking of calling AND Services. They will definitely take advantage of you and rip you off if you allow it to happen. I will NEVER call them again and I will definitely be telling others about my experience. This company lacks ethics in a BIG way! STAY AWAY!
Don't use them over charge dont care about customers just what they can get, 10 percent to salesman 15percent to workers go figure cost way to high
I was supposed to have a tech come out for service on a 10,000 unit I just purchased yesterday and no one ever showed up or called! I had the 9-11 time frame and around 10:30 I called the office and they said they would be there by 11. At 11 I called again and now they told me 1-3 I said ok fine I was upset because I had already taken the day off and now I'm stuck at home waiting. 3 came around and still no one so I call again and now they tell me 3-5. Are you kidding me? I asked for a manager and they said they would call me back within the hour to my surprise not even a call back! It's clear they only care about the customers who are dropping lots of money. Service and Routine maintenance I guess isn't keeping them in business.
Update: today they were supposed to arrive between 9-11 since yesterday they didn't come at all and I just received a call from a manager who told me other customers were priority because their units arent working basically proves my point if you aren't dropping thousands of dollars they aren't going to show up. After my 2 service calls that I get that are already paid for I'm going to a company that values their customers.
I would like to share the letter written to AND services which was mailed mid March, I have not received any kind of response. I am posting this review everywhere possible as I hope others will heed warning & not be treated the manner we have been. I am attaching my actual letter with dates of how this debacle unfolded as it is too long to post on this review in case someone wishes to review how everything happened from the time we purchased our new AC unit July 2020 until finally having it installed properly per Hillsborough County Inspectors January 2021.
My letter is as follows - I am writing this letter in reference to the experience I have had with your company AND Services. My hope is to share this experience in hopes that another customer will not endure the same sequence of events we have. We feel the level of service we have received is unacceptable due to 4 failed inspections and multiple appointments all requiring waiting for hours for arrivals, duplicate work as well as completion, however we are very thankful to finally have had everything taken care of over the course of several months, I would like to share the encounters we have had over these last several months to help your company understand why we feel this way.
In my opinion six months is too long for everything to be completed properly and safely by code requirements, especially the amount of work on our part to follow up as we were not contacted in a reasonable amount of time for majority of appointments as well as our follow up for a proper permit with our proper address. My husband and I are elderly which going through this during the pandemic at hand (we both have underlying conditions) has led to increased stress we hoped to not have. We understand mistakes and things happen however over the course of six months is too excessive for any customer to have to go through. My prayer is no other customers will experience nor endure the level of service we have been provided.
I had my unit installed 2 yrs ago. No AC for last 3 months. I have been called at least 6 times and told they were.coming next day. Never show
It's no wonder they are not BBB accredited, 24/7 coverage is a joke given that my last call to them was on a Thursday and no one showed until afternoon on Saturday. The AC handler is leaking into my bedroom next to it per two companies who have visited my problem: a water mitigation service and American Leak Detection, When I phoned AND, the tech who came out the following day told me it was impossible for the problem to be the AC handler because he found no moisture whatsoever in the unit that would attribute to puddles in my bedroom. When I phoned the office yesterday morning to request that they coordinate with American Leak Detection to get to the cause, the receptionist was kind but I have NOT received a call back from AND to coordinate on this matter. I have a contractor coming out to give me a quote on repairs but am fearful to move forward with no fix on the leak. I'm now going to phone AND again to see if they will assist in contacting American Leak Detection (per suggestion from my insurance adjuster).
