We had a scheduled service appointment today, May 13,2020. Your service rep. Named Brad arrived after calling in advance. From first contact, Brad proved to be a skilled and informative representative for And. Pleasant and a good communicator, Brad detailed his activities, made recommendations on our potential in-home servicing activities such as flushing our AC, changing filters, hosing off our outside unit's coils, etc. Overall, his presence was a pleasure and input much appreciated, Thank you for the quality of your staff which insures our continued relationship with And. In the fute we would be happy if you sent Brad. Thank you, John Nathan
