AND services caused water damage to our vanity. The sinks upstairs weren't even the reason for the service call. However they do a "complimentary " home inspection. Their inspector Jackson suggested we change out some hardware under our master bath sinks. Well a week later we found a leak which had damaged the vanity and all my stuff underneath. We called them came and fixed their work days later. And said they will have someone come to assess the damage. The plumber took pics but that's about it and sent them to the manager. After several followups, and going through several people, I finally spoke with a Manager basically they were offering $500. Remember no one ever came to assess they just gave a random number. I was told to contact John if I didn't agree with the settlement. He was very rude and yelled at me. Basically stated they couldn't prove there wasn't damage already there. And all he was going to offer was $500. However prior to that we had a home inspection for our insurance and they took pics and there was no damage. Also their own employee Jackson did the "complimentary "inspection before the work and he didn't note anything. We just want everything repaired. We have a double vanity which means they won't match. They have been very rude and giving us the run around. Basically they have gotten their money from ALLY lending paid on our behalf. They don't care to fix it. We have spent almost 6k with them and didn't mind paying it. We just want our vanity replaced.
