I ordered $254 worth of dresses on 9/30/19 ($30 was for express shipping). I received my packaged and there were several issues with my order:
1. I DID NOT received 2 of the dresses I ordered and PAID for.
2. One of the dresses I ordered was the incorrect size
3. Several of the dresses did not fit and I want to exchange (the company does not allow for returns, which I was aware of, but still want to exchange for something else/store credit)
I created a customer service ticket (per the instructions on the website) for the issues with my order, on 10/6/19. I did not hear from them until 10/11/19. They only addressed 1 of the three issues I had. They asked for a photo of the dress that was the incorrect size. I responded on 10/12/19 with their request (the photo of the item showing the incorrect size). I also asked about the two other issues (the missing dresses and how to exchange the items). I still have NOT heard back from them. It is 10/19/19. This is unbelievable that a company, who operates out of the USA, can exist like this. I should mentioned I have called twice, on 2 separate occasions, and was on hold for 15 minutes each time and no one ever answered. I left messages twice and still never heard back. It is sad and upsetting, that a company can get away with this. I work hard for my money and this was a lesson learned! I understand that mistakes happen, but just ignoring a customer and not even including two items that were paid for, is unacceptable. Stay away from this company.

I purchased from this company. Several items to be exact. The items are not true to size. I wear a size 2 and could not get in a SMALL. They would not allow exchange for a larger size, even when I offered to handle shipping, etc. which is no loss to them; however, they did lose a customer!
I was skeptical because the prices are so low but wow everything I have ordered has arrived and been better than expected and some has been absolutely unbelievable since it was so cheap but it's definitely one of the best I have found!

Do not purchase from this store. Save your money or go elsewhere. The swimsuits are very cheap materials. Not as pictured. Horrible customer service. They feed you a scripted return statement so they don't have to refund your money for their cheap items.

I buy all my clothes and shoes from AMI clubwear. Everything fits and once in a blue moon an item will be backordered. If I call they will immediately credit me for the amount (I take a store credit) when you buy clearance items, make sure you use the "FREESHIP" code. My last order was 7 dresses for $38 and free shipping.
I originally ordered my items with an additional 20 dollars for shipping. Items took forever to ship and they took forever to reply to my messages when I asked. When they finally responded they told me that they will give me 19 dollars worth of store credit. Then I received my items (which did not fit), I realized that one of the items I purchased was not there. I emailed them to inform them of this. Still no reply and it's been a week. So when I scrolled to my old emails with then, apparently the item that was not shipped was considered back ordered. I needed it for vacation. So I emailed them explaining that I no longer want this item since I have no clue what they are expecting to send it to me. No one replied. I just really don't like their customer service. It states that they will respond within 24-48 hours. It's been a week. I don't recommend amiclubwear to anyone. Stay far away from them!
