Poshmark is not to be trusted. I placed an order with them and 9 days later it had not even shipped. You cannot get ahold of anybody on the phone or via live chat. You have to send them an email and hope they respond as promised within 24 hours. I would seriously doubt that you would come to any type of a resolution such as getting your item or a refund. Poshmark is the worst online retailer I have ever seen. Stay away from them if you value your money.
Tiffany was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She did a great job of answering all of my questions.

They offer steep discounts when you first join and afterwards. They have a huge selection of shoes.
