I guess today is my lucky day, i orday like 5 days ago in amiclub, i order 5 pairs of shoes, to get the free shipping, my package came on time, everything was there, i was so scared i read the reviews right after i placed the order, i am so happy that everythign coem on time and the shoes were in great conditions, no cheap quality at all, its amaizing i am so exitited with my shoes :)
I hate this site. The first time I ordered, I let it go because it was just a common mistake... I guess... The second time I ordered they actually refunded me my back for the stuff they didn't have in stock, the third time I ordered, they flat out just suck! They didn't have my boots I paid for in stock so they made me wait another week to have them refund half of my money back and I they didn't refund the shipping cost. THEY SUCK SUCK SUCK! I am never going to order from them again! Worst service ever! I was so mad the first time I ordered from them and I called them and one of the girls there was just so ridiculously stupid! She didn't know what she was talking about, she didn't know how to answer why I was getting charged extra, and just made up an excuse it was tax charges... seriously? Taxed $30 after spending what almost $30? I spent over $50 but they didn't have it in stock so the website froze I was supposed to get free shipping but didn't and only got half the shoes I ordered and was charged shipping.

I ordered from AMI Clubwear before and it was an acceptable experience as although it became obvious that their inventory records are inaccurate eventually I got refunded for an item they could not deliver.
In January 2016 I ordered two pairs of shoes from AMI Clubwear and got ripped off.
The first item was rather cheap and I did receive it, it arrived in a box small enough to keep only one box of shoes.
The second item was harder to find as it seemed to be discountinued as few stores kept it so I was happy to be able to order them from AMI Clubwear.
I did expect some problems as after my order the second item I ordered was removed from their store immediately after my order, but they did not indicate any difficulty.
When I started complaining months ago about the missing item in all cases they always ended up claiming that both items were shipped according their records, and ultimately they wanted a picture of the original box which I disposed of in the meantime.
However, UPS kept the package weight in their system which is 3.2 pounds.
The first item that I did receive weighs exactly 2.25 pounds.
The second item, which I could ultimately order from another shop so I own it now weighs 1.66 pounds without box.
Thus, by simple math it is easily proven that both items could not fit into the box so they obviously shipped only the first item.
Yet, they did not accept this obvious conclusion and reject to refund me which makes me think that it is about intentional fraud from their side.
It seems I need to take legal action as the case is so clear.
What I love most about amiclubwear is its quality and how they always have the best fashions of the season and I can not forget the most important... your great price... i love amiclubwear
I ordered something on May 3rd, sent an email to cancel my order and refund my money twice and waited for them to reply, it's now May 6th and still no confirmation or reply to my request, I will never buy from here again and regret my choices because I need that money for food and hydro now that I've been left to pay for everything!
I ordered 3 sweaters for myself and 3 for gifts. The fit was smaller than expected on them. The size chart say a M is a size 8-10. I wear a 6 or 8, but the M was pretty tight. All sweaters had a chemical smell to them, but one in particular was very strong. I let it lay out for a day, but the smell was still very strong. This was one that was for a gift so I didn't want to try to wash it. None of the items have tags at all. So there is no information on what they are made out of or where they are made or any care instructions or even the size listed in them. I decided to return the 3 that were for gifts due to the small sizing and the smell. I had to email for a RMA number which I got without hassle, but am pretty disappointed that they will only give store credit and not a refund. I bought them on a 50% off sale. If I had paid the listed price for them I would have been disappointed with the quality for those prices. I have returned the 3 sweaters but haven't received a notice of credit yet so I can't say how that process went yet.

I have purchased from them a couple times. The clothes always look nothing like in the pictures. They run large. I am a small with curves (the same size as their model)and everything is baggy in all the wrong spots. Just disgusting looking. I needed some heels and thought they couldnt go wrong with that. Well they did. I am normally a size 8.5-9. And my sister is normally a 7.5-8. We ordered some pumps in their brand. They were so misshapen & small, my sister who is a 7.5 couldnt fit in the 9s i ordered. I contacted them and told them of this problem and asked if they pay the return shipping since the shoe sizes were so off. They said yes and emailed me a return shipping slip. I never received a refund so emailed them and they said they would refund me but only $20 out of the $45 i spent. I told them they should refund me the full price as they had org agreed since they should not be selling heels that are 2 sizes off. So I paid their org shipping, the return shipping and a stocking fee for heels that are marked as a 9 and do not even fit 7.5? I emailed them again asking them to reconsider and that it was really bad business ethics, they never emailed back.

I bought 5 items for the first time on Ami Clubwear.com I checked the reviews and everything seemed OK. The clothing and shoes on the site looked great for the price. First problem: It took forever for my order to be able to be tracked. Second problem: I paid extra for shipping and my items took over three weeks to come! Finally my package arrives, for some reason it weighs only two pounds. I open it, to my shock I pull out these boots that weigh absolutely nothing, the stitching is horrible, uneven and ripped. My bathing suit looked used and the buckles look rusted. Looked nothing like the photo. Doesn't fit and is not sexy. I'm happy with my romper, thin material but very cute. My leopard print shirt is cute and also looks the same as the online photo. I'm upset because I cannot return the items I am in happy with. My boots were clearance and for safety reasons bathing suits can't be returned. So I am screwed with foam boots and a horrible bathing suit. I also read on their site you have to pay return shipping! What? Honestly, I am very disappointed and will never buy from AMI again. I'm not sure what quality I will be receiving.
