Everything went as scheduled, delivery was on time. Good quality product
I paid extra for next day delivery. I did not receive the next day. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive refund. My delivery date was then to be Monday, August 29th. I was home all day. No delivery. Finally, about 8:30 p.m. I checked my e-mail and saw FedEx said my package was delivered at 8:03 p.m. that evening. I checked all around my house, yard, drive, fenceline, mailbox, etc. but no package. Thinking it may have been delivered to a neighbor, I waited until next morning, August 30th. My next door neighbor said he had just seen a FedEx truck leave my drive. They had not come to my door. I went downstairs, out side in front of my garage door, and there was my package. Not delivered until 8:30 a.m. August 30th. I immediately contacted American Trucks and had them cancel the lost package claim I had filed the previous evening. Not American Trucks fault but they should for sure contact FedEx and complain!

Not sure how their products are as they lied several times about ship date. Its excuse after excuse on why my item did not ship out 1 it was that they only had one item in stock so there for my ship date was changed waiting to get more from the vendor 2nd it was that the item i ordered needed to be programed and takes 3 weeks but the item was in stock. 3rd was that the item was not in house it came from a vendor they had no control over when the vendor ships items out. 4th well ups fed ex and usps are all behind... Yet all my other stuff arrive on time? Clearly they want to get paid but dont want to sell their times buyer beware! Q
