Bought a product from these people that failed within the warranty period. Ask if I could return it for a refund and they said yes. They sent a pick up label but they could not supply me with another part. I sent it back but now all they offer is a store credit. Not the same a refund. They have my money now but its the last they will ever get from me. If I could rate them a -10 I would do it in a heart beat. I don't like being mislead.
Shopping at AT was great. Unfortunately FedEx misplaced the package and it was 3 days late. Not the fault of AT.

Ordered product to find out after the fact it would take a month to get! Then tried to cancel order and was told order was cancelled only to find out it wasn't! And now they say I can't cancel order after 1 hour of placing order! Poor customer service!

And this website doesn't verify email addresses, so I reset the password to the account I never created and was able to access someone else's account (they used my email!) to order a bunch of $#*!. Thanks for hiring the lowest bidders for your website work, nice job. Also, Donald Trump needs to be locked up.
Shipped quickly and in perfect condition. The fit is perfect and looks good. Only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 was because it came primed and had to be painted. A bonded in color in the plastic to match the factory top bed rails would have been better.
