Ordered fender flares from American Truck because they said I would have the parts by a specific date and meet my deadline. Supposed to arrive Tuesday but FedEx is delivering the parts Friday. Called Customer Service and was told, "Oh well, it's not our problem once FedEx receives the package." FedEx said they didn't receive the package on time. Guess I will be the one to take responsibility, I decided to do business with them. Will never use American Truck again, they just don't care.
I ordered an item that was near $500. I was not provided any info on when the item would be delivered. Thankfully it arrived in 7 days and I was home before the porch pirates took my item. Please provide tracking so if I can have someone watch for the package. Thank you.

Grille was great. However did not get my order in its entirety. Missing the wiring harness for the lights so could not hook that up. Have to wait for the part to be shipped from the manufacturer

I was going to ordered running boards for my 2008 dodge1500 I checked every website there is But found American Truck to have what i was looking for. So i called American Truck Talked to Tyler what i wanted was running boards with a Black Textered Finish so these 5 inch was listed as Textered. Asked Tyler if these were. So he checked and told me that some are marked powered coated gloss black. But these Barricade 5 in running boards are Textered Black!. Which i want so they match my Textered Fender Flares. So now waiting for the Delivery of the Barricade 5 in oval running boards to see if they are TEXTERED But according to Tyler they are.
