I ordered a car cover two days ago. Since my purchase confirmation email, I have received TEN emails from American Muscle trying to sell me more things for my car. "Get a free 'this' for your car," repeated ads pushing car mats for our car, and just junk product pushing emails. It's unlike any other company I've purchased from before, for anything! I haven't even received my product yet, but I regret my purchase already. I'm even hesitant to put my email in the field below to be able to submit this review.
Easy to work with tho I did buy a tuner and you have to make sure to go to another link to get your pcm so that is a little difficult but other then that very nice company to work with

I'm sorry you where not refunded for the entire product total and shipping, I checked your order and it seems the remainder of the product refund was sitting on your account I did issue it back to your Visa along with your shipping refund. I really do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. As far as the wheel spacer only being 1 that was delivered, I checked the website and new product is sold as a pair I unfortunately cannot see any open box listings for this item anymore and we did make changes to the website with adding better descriptions and photos of exactly what you are expecting to receive. I paid to have my items shipped 2nd day and they arrived 4 days later and no one offered a explanation to why they were late.

The worst part, at least for me when it comes to purchasing my car parts online is lead and shipping times. Sometimes the prices too. AM's free shipping is already a plus, but it is certainly a pleasant surprise having my part only a few days after ordering, not 2-3 weeks.
On 7/28/25 I placed my first order and it was easy but a bit confusing when reviewing the order, I had a question about my order and called in and it was answered promptly and was satisfied with my order.

I totally understand that the marketing emails can become overwhelming especially if you are receiving that many in a row. I would be just as frustrated as you are. You absolutely can unsubscribe from anyone of them at the bottom and then we have a customer portal you can use to see tracking, estimated ship dates and setup returns. That portal is orders.americanmuscle.com. Just to let you know as well we are currently auditing the amount of emails we send and so this very likely will be improving soon.
