Very good-part selection and better website than competition
I bought several items including a Hood Strut Kit, Rear Spoiler, Seat Covers, Spare Tire Kit and Strut Tower Brace. I bought the Hood Strut Kit, and Tower Brace because there were videos on how to install it. The packages themselves came with a little yellow card with a QR linking to the Ford Performance website for installation instructions, but the videos were easy to follow so I just used those. The install time estimates are relatively accurate and easy to follow. I even had a return of an extra Seat Cover and I got store credit for returning it.
