Box was severely damaged. Clutch on the inside was scratched along with all the parts scattered. Nothing was bagged or secure. Throw out bearings laying in the bottom. Packaging was horrible.

In the many years I have been ordering from them any time I have had any issues the customer service was great. Products in a whole are great quality.

I got a strut broken and springs were only 3 and 1 was missing it was frustrating and a big headache but i got a refund and springs were replaced
