Received my items on time and everything fit perfectly.
I got a room and tote package. They came mounted and balanced with tpms sensors installed. Shopping was fast and they arrived when scheduled. The reason for only four stars is one of the rims has a nick in it. The packaging showed no signs of damage so I am assuming it was shipped that way. Not worth the hassle and cost of returning or exchanging just hoping quality control is better in the future. I will do business with American Muscle again.

Called yesterday and was told and lied to again that they would be delivered today, no delivery today so called again and was told out for delivery tomorrow. This company is a disgrace to the automotive parts world, all they did was make mistakes and then try and lie their way out. Never ever will I use American muscle, call rock auto lot better customer service and more reliable company.

I have ordered quite a few things for my car from AM. I've never had any issues with shipping or service. A few times I've even ordered stuff that they said was out of stock and it would be back in stock in a few weeks and the items have showed up a few days after I placed the order. It's always quick and easy love it!
Ordered several things from AM and a few things came a day early while most things came on time. Tracking the orders with frequent updates was great, and overall, I had a great experience through the whole process of purchasing parts for my mustang. A couple boxes where in a slightly rough condition, but the product wasn't damaged, so it didn't bother me too much.
I ordered some lift points for my 2018 Camaro July 28. My order has been processing still, American muscle support tells me there's been a delay and I should receive my shippment by September 11

I was sent the wrong item, it took 2 customer service personnel to figure this out, the first offered a discount to make it work and said I would have to contact tech support. The second person asked for more information and found that I was send the wrong part. I gave it a 4 do to the wrong part and the first person I talked with to resolve the issue. The second person did an excellent job with the issue at hand.
