The representative listened to my needs and made it happen
This company is keeping my money and is keeping my returned product (basically stealing). After I returned the product via Fedex according to their specifics (a 16 mile round trip for me) they still refuse to refind my money, stating that their software is showing something different. Twice they sent me the wrong product….twice! Neither time did they take responsibility for it. I now have no product and they have $53 of my money. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with several sales associates attempting to get this settled. They promised to call me back and never did. This morning, the last sales associate I talked to was rude and treated me as if I was stupid that I could not understand that their software would not allow them to issue a refund (Of course I understand it. As a consumer doing business with them in good faith, I am merely unwilling to accept it.) Call me old fashioned, but I still think that people run companies, not software. I will never do business with them again, and I advise anyone else to find a supplier that is willing to do business with you in good faith. A sad situation, and a complete loss for them. I can't imagine that all the bad reviews I am posting are worth their stealing my 53 dollars? Can their bottom line be that desperate? Sad and disappointed.
Definitely my go to for anything mustang. It's so nice and easy.

Ordered a part that was in stock. Turns out it wasn't. Told me it was at least 12 weeks away. I tried to pick a part that was a bit cheaper then the part that was out of stock and was told I couldn't order that part. Only 1 I could change it for was a part 30% more. After I thought about it for a min I agreed and was told that I would only be charged the difference. Instead of doing that I got charged for the full price of the second part.
Seems like every time I order from them there is an issue. I have also bought drag wheels that don't even fit without spacers.

Very bad service in all aspects from shipping to customer services refunds I don't want to imagine their guarantees they are all very rude and arrogant for me I wouldn't give them a single star

I got all my parts within 2-3 days, very quick delivery and great products
Love AM! The decklid was on sale which is a plus. It arrived quickly. It was easy to install. Love the fact their are no holes to try and cover up. Looks amazing.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
